To date you have charged on my master card two payments of $29.95 equals to $59.90 Please refund by crediting my credit card account number 5457568339762372 My credit limit is low and my income is fixed CPP and Old age security This will be disaster to my financial affair Please do needful by reversing the account Thank you
	August 27, 2008 Unauthorized charges Charges from SavingSmart started appearing on my credit card without my having had any contact with this firm. I'm grateful that Citybank's early warning system caught this fraud early on. However, it's a nuisance to have to close one account and open a new one.
	January 23, 2008 Unauthorized charges! I have had $1.00 per month deducted from my bank account for over a year and have NEVER received services from savingsmart - I REQUEST THAT YOU CANCEL THIS IMMEDIATELY. The # after your name on my statement reads C742101024 - I repeat - cancel this IMMEDIATELY. Carol J. Boulware 1/24/08.
	January 14, 2008 Taking unauthorized money from my checking account! How this company has been taking money from me for who knows how long I'll never know!!! Be aware of the scammers out there!!!
