After sitting in a chair on display and finding it very comfortable I purchased two of them on 6-22-08, was told they were on back order, received chairs on 7-3-08 and as soon as I sat in them I knew something was different, they were very firm not comfortable like the one in the store. I tried to get use to them, but started having very bad neck and back pain. I know I waited to long, but I kept thinking things would get better, I went to the store and asked to speak to a Mgr., but the lady I spoke to said she would relay my complaint and then was told there was nothing they would do for me, that they don't warrant comfort, told them I didn't want my money back ( $891.97 ) just find something I can sit in with out giving me pain. I was so mad I started to leave the store, but before I did I went over to the chair that I sat in
the day I purchased mine and it was so what I wanted, when I got home I called and again asked to speak to a Mgr. and again I was asked the reason, I told them I would only talk to a Mgr., she came on the line and said that the chair chair I sat in was a display and I said that I should have been told that the chairs I was to receive wouldn't be like the one I sat in. Any body else buying that chair and expect it to be as it is when you try it out is going to be in the same spot that I am in. I now have two chairs that I can't sit in and a very bad taste in my mouth for your company and I will spread the word on your policies, the young man that sold me the chairs told me if there were any problems to be sure and call because he wanted me completely satisfied, well I'm not.
Even though I have had the chairs over a month, they have had a large beach towel over them, would appreciate a response to this e-mail, my next option is the Better Business B.
