I was fired from Sawicki Motors in Rochelle illinois. I was told they wanted to go another direction. I asked what I had been doing wrong and they could not answer that question. Two weeks prior to discharge I had a meeting with my boss to ask if there was anything I was doing wrong or where I could improve. Both the General manager and the service director told me that i was doing a fine job. I was then discharged and replaced with a friend of the service director. He failed his drug test and is using cocaine and yet he is still employed. How do they justify getting rid of someone whom did what he was told and more, received no training when asked and be replaced by a drug addict. I still can not answer that question. i do beleive that the service director was put off by me because i would not process a false insurance claim. Sawicki motors likes to call in service contract claims under the customers name after the vehicle has been traded in so that they do not have to pay any repair bills. Once a vehicle is traded in the contract is supposes to be cancled. i was being directed to call in claims on inventory vehicles by writting false repair orders and calling in claims under the customers name. i refused to do this. and now i am unemployed. i will never support anything that has the Sawicki name attached to it and i will do whatever possible to ensure that my friends, family, and the public are never taken advantage of by this sick grotesque company.
