Time line with Saxon Mortgage.


June 06 Told them fraud involved and sent Saxon all papers!


Aug 06, said they were going to return the Mortgage to Accredited being fraud was involved.


Sept 06, Saxon asked what it would take to correct the problem. I told them to wipe out the total debt as the signature was obtained by fraud, and a direct violation of TILA.


Since then, I have sent proof of fraud and the Emails getting me to sign, more than once and always called them, Saxon, back.


Aug 29, 07 filed a report with the Stone County Sheriffs Office, as the FBI was acting way to slow, although the KC office admitted Federal law was broken! The FBI collects the evidence and presents it to a Federal Grand Jury for indictments.

No one at the FBI can tell you where they in a investigation until the Grand Jury convenes. (Sheriff Report attached)


Oct 19, 07 was told it was going to foreclosure Nov 9 07, same as message I got for Sept 9 . Derek Smith at 888-325-3502, ext 207537 Said he would get it stopped for Sept 9, 07.

Shawn from collections said I never offered any proof to them, and acted as if Derek had no authority.


Oct 24, 07, talked to Derek Smith again, and he told me to FAX the sheriff report to him at 817-665-7557 and that would stop the foreclosure. and I did as told.


Derek also said to check with the sheriffs office to make sure it was stopped, which I did and it was not posted.


I called Virginia in the Sheriffs office to see if a Sale was scheduled for the 9th of Nov, and she said there was nothing scheduled for that day. I called her about a week after Nov 9th and Virginia assured me that no sale took place on Nov 9th.


Imagine my chagrin, when 60 days later, on Jan 9th I received a letter from Struby's

Office saying the property had been foreclosed on 60 days earlier.


It seems my rights under TILA, and Missouri law have been violated.


Asking that the property be restored to my name again to avoid Federal prosecution to Saxon.
