saxon is a joke they have run us around& around about modification program.i started trying to get a fix intrest rate right after our loan was sold to them 3 yrs.ago i've sent the paper work in so many times they should know it by heart.you never get a straight answer from any one that works there one hand doesn't know what the other is doing president obama has ask the mortgage company's to do mods. to help people stay in there homes there are hundreds of complaints against them but no one is doing a thing we are working people that have run to trouble.lay offs, closing small businesses the heart of america, people do get sick and can't work as much if any at all we used our retirement money to try to keep our home we have no savings, no retirement left, we are in our late 50's .so what are we to do. saxon mortgage co is fraud. read some of the other complaints of others, we all need HELP.
