Saxon Mortgage is good at giving people the brush off until they get control of their property. I have called, written, faxed, emailed them for several months. Have tried to talk to a supervisor, tried to reason with them, faxed them what they required and they still will not communicate with me. It seems there are many complaints online in this same vein. An attorney could do a great class action suit with this company.
