6 months still waiting for modification
In May 2010 I applied to Saxon for a loan mod, due to underemployment, they have played me long enough I am asked for this asked for that all of which I supply in a timely manner then nothing, when I complain, I am asked for the same info all over again, they refuse to action my file, why because no matter what I have gone without electric, health insurance, car insurance, food but I have made the payment, I have taken loans on my car title, I owe payday loans, but as long as I pay them they will do nothing, if I loose my credit I loose my business which is what is paying them now, how can I get some help, I never speak to the same person twice, most of them have no idea what I am even talking about, supervisors are even more ***. HELP They deserve to be prosecuted, the mod process is not this difficult, they just want to claim as much interest from me as they can before sending me to the forclosure world, its criminal.

Bad company
WE WERE MOVE INTO OUR HOUSE IN 2006 EVERYTHING WAS GOOD I MEAN SAXON IS JUST A TERRIBLE COMPANY I HAVE EVER KNOW WE WAS A COUPLE A MONTHS BEHIND BUT THAT WILL HAPPEN SOMETIME BECAUSE OF BAD TIMES WE TRIED TO GET THEM TO GET THEM TO GIVE US A FIX RATE SO THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO PAY BUT NO IT DIDNT HAPPEN I HAVE KIDS AND I LOVE THEM VERY MUCH WE LOST OUR HOME BECAUSE OF SAXON NOT HELPING NO ONE OUT I PRAY EVERY NIGHT FOR A HOME IT SEEM LIKE WE PAID MORE THAN WHAT WE OWE IF THIS WAS THEM IN A MESS LIKE THIS I WONDER WHAT WILL THEY DO THEY DONT CARE ALL THEY DO IS WANT YOUR MONEY AND THATS NOT RIGHT WE HELPING THEM OUT AND THEY GETTIN ALL OUR MONEY WHICH MAY BE GOING IN THEY POCKET WHEN WE DONT HAVE NO WHERE TO STAY THIS JUST SAD BUT I AM GOING TO PUT GOD IN MY HANDS CAUSE I HAVE A WONDERFUL FAMILY I CRY AND PRAY EVERY NIGHT THAT EITHER I GET MY HOUSE BACK OR GET ANOTHER BUT IF SOME ONE READING PLZ I REALLY WANT SOMEONE TO HELP US OUT

Fraudulence
We started our process of trying to modify our loan in November of 2008 when I spoke with a Marcie in your (Saxon) customer service dept. at phone # 1-817-665-8061, (phone # now changed) along with several other tellers whose ID numbers we have cataloged.
We sent Fed Ex and Faxed letters in a 5 month period starting in Nov. 2008 thru. March of 2009 that included;

(1) Letters of Hardship- Wife laid off work in Jan. of 2009, my work down to two weeks out of a month, and death of Father.
(2) Bank statements, pay stubs, and tax statements as required.

Your response (Saxon), after giving us the runaround for now 6 months, was that you never received, or had somehow missed placed our statements that we sent. Not until P*** Law Group initiated contact on our behalf, did you (Saxon) respond, (now our fourth time sending statements & documents), you response was, “that we didn’t earn enough income to qualify for your Mortgage Modification Program”, but that the HAMP program would be a good prospect for our needs.
So we did the HAMP. Your response (or HAMP) was that, “ Even though you’ve completed the trail period, (three month plus additional 2 months), we don’t feel that you will be able in the future, to keep up with payments”. This was in the letter sent to our attorney at P*** Law Group.

In addition to this, you (Saxon & Meritech Mortgage) have reported us 30 days late, once in Dec of 2009, and again in March of 2010. Ocwen has also red flagged our Equifax & Transunion scores.
How could you with any moral business ethics make such untrue statements to the credit bureau, “ we have never in our entire time associated with Saxon Mortgage, have we been 30 days late, nor have we every missed a mortgage payment”, we have documents to prove otherwise.
As a result of your accusations our FICO score and credit card approved rate have went down, and we are unable to buy or refinance anything!
Our FICO credit rating for the past 15 years has been in the high 700’s- (776 to be exact!)
Was this a deliberate attempt at scarring our FICO credit score? It makes me wonder?...

Trying to steal my home
I have been trying to get a loan modification since February of 2007, they tell you to pay "x" amount of dollars, which we do while they are trying to approve our loan modification then after 7 months, which was only suppose to be 3 months, they denied us and tacked on fees on top of fees and make you pay outrageous amounts of money to apply for another loan then they denied us again and in order to save our home so that my 4 children can have a place to live they come up with another outrageous amount of money for us to pay which we did and now they expect me to come up with almost $40k to stay in this house or I can live on the streets. They lie about calling you and don't care about you all they want is yourhome.

rip off
Check preditory lending sevices, many of these forensic ausitors list this company as one of the leading fraudelent mortgage companies, with many illegal statements in their mortgage packages for lack of better word. They refused to work with me when I was out for surgery, and then another surgery six months later, when I am still out of work, due to a cast on my foot. They make money from foreclosured, and trying to gain a modification, does not work, as they do not care about the consumer, only the money they make from foreclosures. The best way to beat them is auditing their illegal practices, and not falling into a company promising you a modification, when this is actually nearly impossible. What ever you do, do not enlist the services of Forclosure law center located in Florida, they will make you all kinds of promises, ones where they gaurantee to take your money, and promise to give you a rufund if they cannot deliver. Check their ratings and any other firm you might want to hire for help. They are one of the worst companies out their running scams, and Saxon is one of the worst companies to deal with to help the consumer. They simply don't care. I make a six figure income, and it doesn't matter, even knowing I will be back working in 3 to 5 weeks. Cneck very carefully who you hire. I consider myself a well educated consumer, but desperation can lead to impulsive decisions, that in the end can only mean bankruptcy!

home mortgage loans
I have had so many problems with Saxon Mortgage but here are 3 truly wrong things they've done to me. First, I was behind a month on my largest loan amount, so I was to send a check covering both months, plus the fees. They put that check money with the correct loan number on it and put the money, instead, on my much smaller loan. So then I was paid up for 4 months on the small loan, but still behind on the larger loan. So I accrued many extra fees, and, no, they wouldn't correct their mistake They lost 3 different applications for loan modification because of hardship. But the last one I can't believe is even legal-I was behind and looking at forclosure if I didn't pay a lump sum and then have 6 months of large payments to catch up. I paid the $5000 lump sum and when I went to pay the first monthly payment I was blocked from paying- I talked with people but, nope, they couldn't change it. So now I am behind by 10 months and one person suggested I should pay something on my loans-WHICH I WOULD HAVE IF THEY HADN'T BLOCKED ME FROM PAYING I'm disabled after working 35 years as an R.N. AND ON SOCIAL SECURITY- SO i AM SURE THEY WILL TELL ME NEXT WEEK THAT i AM LOSING MY HOME. Every person I have talked to at Saxon has given me a different answer to a question But I do have names and IDnumbersand I have kept a log of everything that transpired, but so what if my home is gone.. (I have over $7000. in fees!!!)

Lies, destroys credit
Saxon during my modification or my mortgage, Saxon withheld three months payments, not applyingthem to my account, thus holding and using them to establish an escrow, making it look like I was three months behind on my mortgage. I even got a foreclosuer notice when in fact I had paid what was required. Saxon even reported to the credit bureaus I was 90 day behind on my mortgage, which was a lie and destroying my credit rating an ability ot even get a credit card. To top that off over this past winter I had major storm damage, Saxon is demanding I send them the insurance check, however they will not endorse and release it because they still say I am the months behind in payments, and will only release funds as he work is completed causing more damage to my home with each rain. Saxon is incompentent, the lie, late getting papers to you. poorly trained if that and no one knows whats going on at that company other than scripted call takers whom give you the run around. Think it is time for a class action suit and that the Federal govt take a good hard look at Saxons practices as well as the Attorney Generals of every state Saxon has mortages in and does business in.

Modification and runaround
I did a search to see how many people out there are having or have had the same or similar problems with Saxon as I am currently having. OMG!!! I am mortified on how many people there are with the same and similar complaints. My mortgage was bought out by Saxon from Novastar and I have had problems ever since. I started preceeding to the home affordibility mod. program and that was August of 2009, in which I still don't have a concrete answer from them. They continue to give me the runaround. I am in serious fear of having to try and sell my home, or lose it to them and then myself and my 2 sons, my grand-daughter and our pets will be out of the place we have made our HOME for 3 1/2 years all because I couldn't afford to make the payments that were originally set because of a broke relationship. I am stressed out, I was getting 3-6+ phone calls from Saxon per day, 6 days a week and even after talking with someone and a hour later someone else is calling and OH they call it a curiosity call. NOT, more like harassment! I have done all they wanted, given them all the papers they have asked for and they tell me on 4/16/10 that I may still get denied after being on it since August of 2009. They haven't any idea how much stress they cause people...and none of them know anything when you call to see what is going on. Very frustrating, stressful and unnecessary to do to people trying to do the right thing and pay them and keep their homes!!!

Today, I contacted your Customer Service Department where I spoke with Renee, a Saxon employee #19014; regarding our scheduled Monthly Mortgage Note payment for our Account # 200313601; payable to a company known to US as, Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc, a Debt Collector; and who is wrongly and Intentionally reporting our present monthly loan payment as being past due and payable For the month of March 01, 2010 and for the amount of $899.64; and on their Corporate Web Site which is made available to we, the debtors (customers), of Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc and which is presented to US, your customers, as a TRUE, EXACT and ACCURATE accounting of our Note and any monetary transactions which will, or may, occur to our Loan Number 2000313601; which we are referred to by Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc and is found and provided to customers On-LINE (the Internet)at www.SaxonMortgageServicesonline.com Saxon's Web Site.

At this proffered site, to which Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc refers their customers; we are given the opportunity to review our account and SOME documents pertaining to our account; to review our payment status, or any late fees which Saxon may have assessed to our account, however, we cannot see the source and have not been provided any description of any such fees or charges which Saxon may have assessed to our account balance, such as drive-by fees; (which Saxon has been given NO cause by the customer’s actions to order and to run up these fees to this customer’s account balance, especially when a customer has made every effort to communicate withSaxon Mortgage Services, Inc; on a daily basis, and especially when a customers account is ONLY in a continued delinquent status; after having been told by a Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc Loan Loss Mitigation Department Employee (Rosie Mosley) to STOP making our payments; which we were told by this employee to stop doing in September, 2008, and then Saxon makes no effort to get the process done, and tells lie after lie to this customer as to the status of said Mortgage Loan Modification, or Lies to this customer, on a daily basis; about NOT having received all of the documents which were requested by Saxon; and which were immediately, and in a timely and well organized manner furnished toSaxon Mortgage Services, Inc, and out of necessity, and a great cost to this customer, were resent to Saxon on Three different occasions in order to complete an (eventually) valid Loan Modification agreement, however excess fees were assessed or charged to this customer’s balance and ONLY due to Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc incompetence as a Mortgage Servicing Company. (this customer has been forced to wait for almost FIVE MONTHS to get this simple process completed and it was done completely WRONG in the first presentation of Loan Modification documents) . Also other Fees which Saxon has been know to assess a mortgage loan customers account without providing notice of such services to customers, and without just cause, and with no description of certain fees which Saxon indiscriminately assessed this customers balance; AND also to request certain information pertaining to our account, and request information regarding certain transactions and maintenance; such as a change of contact information; the availability to sign up and register for monthly automatic payments and cancellation of same; and where a customer DOES NOT have the availability of or access to their payment history or any record of debits or credits having been made to their individual account; fees which were assessed bySaxon Mortgage Services, Inc; but, However, a customer (debtor), may, at this site, select the option known as "Make a Payment" which will take the CUSTOMER to an online Link to the Website belonging to a Business known as Western Union Speedpay, where The individual may elect to do Business with Western Union Speedpay; who does charge a fee of $2.50 to transmit funds toSaxon Mortgage Services, Inc; and on the customers behalf. For this fee of $2.50 a customer MAY ELECT to pay a monthly mortgage payments and MAY ELECT to include any additional fees which MAY be due and payable; this service is included in the Fee of $2.50 charged to them by Western Union Speedpay; and however is at the directive of the individual who is paying the fee to Western Union Speedpay; for their Services; such Services being offered to a customer of then Western Union Speedpay for a fee or charge of $2.50. I took my time to explain to Renee Saxon Employee #19014 that My scheduled Interest; Principle and Escrow payment; and which is Now contractually due for April 01, 2010 should be $860.67, however your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT screen is WRONGLY and deceptively reporting that our MARCH 01, 2010 Interest, Principal, and Escrow payment is PAST Due for the month of March 01, 2010, and for the amount $899.64; and that a payment of $0.00 is showing due for late fees.(ATTENTIONSAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC, ANY FEES that are being reported as due and payable by the account of Philip L Plasterer and Vickie L Plasterer identified by you as account Number 2000313601 ARE HERBY DISPUTED By ????????and ????????? and are NOT owing toSaxon Mortgage Services, Inc, Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Inc, or any other division of Morgan Stanley Company; or any other assigns or agents; AND ifSaxon Mortgage Services, INC is, reporting and attempting to Collect from us, YOUR customers, the additional sum of $38.97; WE CONTEND that there are; and have been, enough Available Funds and UNCREDITED DOLLAR AMOUNTS which are owed to ???????? and ???????????and which belong to >>>>> L >>>>>> and >>>>>>>> which have NEVER been credited to our account or paid directly to us; in any way or form, which have not been credited to us as an interest payment, not as a principal reduction; and these funds have NOT been credited to our suspense account; and nor have they been credited to our Escrow balance in our account #2000313601 and from which any fee, if it is due and payable could or should be deducted from the dollars owed to >>> and k> a joint signer of Loan # 2000313601, did access the Link to Western Union Speedpay, in my effort to schedule our April 01, 2010 Agreed Upon Interest, Principal and Escrow payment; which an amount which is contractually due and payable April, 01, 2010 and for the amount of $860.67, plus and to include the Charge to me by Western Union Speedpay; for their services provided to me; the amount of $2.50 for a total of $863.17; which was intended to authorize; and by the contract agreement between >>>>> >>>>>>>>>> and Western Union Speedpay ; Western Union Speedpay to perform an ACH transaction, whereby Western Union Speedpay was authorized to present an electronic draft to My personal checking account with BANK NAME; and for the Amount of $863.17; and then keeping $2.50 for themselves as the agreed upon Charge to me for their services; and which includes Western Union Speedpay forwarding the amount of $860.67 toSaxon Mortgage Services, Inc; on my behalf; acting as my paid agent for this service.

It is known that Western Union Speedpay does not currently offer a specific record; whereby an individual who has contracted with them for their services of wiring or transmitting funds; and on the individual’s behalf; and which will allow an individual to record an accounting of or a general ledger breakdown of the monies they wish delivered toSaxon Mortgage Services, Inc; and which should include the specific identification of the contractually agreed upon Interest, Principal, and Escrow amounts, which could be Written as one total amount; i.e.(as in the instance of Loan number 2000313601 which sum could be $860.67 or any portion of this amount as desired, selected by, or chosen by the individual who has contracted with and has paid a fee to Western Union Speedpay for their services), and then; IF the individual who has hired the Services of Western Union Speedpay desires or chooses to include any fees in this funds transmission toSaxon Mortgage Services, Inc, then this sum should be written as a separate entry identifying what this sum is for; and these separate entries could by recorded, identified and submitted as Late Fees Due and payable, or an additional Interest, Principal and Escrow payment which will advance the next due date of an individual’s Loan or at the individual’s request and as submitted in writing by them on this order of funds transmittal; and as a contracted and paid service between Western Union Speedpay and the Individual who is paying the fees or charges for their services; could be written and identified as a principal reduction to the loan withSaxon Mortgage Services, Inc; that is if the individual who has contracted with and paid the charges or fees assessed to them by and for the services of Western Union Speedpay.

Further it can be proved that Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc has intentionally and illegally interfered with and in the contract between the individual and Western Union Speedpay; and has intentionally, and with premeditation, and in a conspiracy with Western Union Speedpay; has broken the laws and rules of the US FDCPA, by causing and demanding that Western Union Speedpay REJECT and deny their services to an individual; when an individual has made the effort to hire the services of Western Union Speedpay to transmit the amount of funds, of the individual’s choosing, to be transmitted to Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc; and that by this illegal and interfered with denial of services; Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc has intentionally caused an individual’s payment to be delivered to them late and past the time of the 15 grace days; whereby Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc, A Debt Collector, then illegally and by their act of fraud and payment interference; does charge the loan balance of the Mortgage Loan Account Payee, a late fee which is 5% of the principal and interest amount of the contractual and agreed upon Note payment; and which may be due and payable at the time; by the individual that Saxon Mortgage Services, did illegally conspire and interfere in the contract between Western Union Speedpay and their customer, the individual who is innocent and does not owe a late fee to Saxon Mortgage Services Inc ; because Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc caused and demanded that Western Union Speedpay does REJECT the monetary transfer of funds purchased from Western Union Speedpay by the Individual.

The following is an True and Exact electronic replication of the account Number 20000313601 which is being reported as a TRUE, EXACT and ACCURATE record of an individual’s account as published by Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc and which is presented to its customers at www.SaxonMortgageServicesonline.com and is DATED 03/28/2010 and is the same information which I presented to Saxon Customer Service Employee known as Renee #19014 and found under the heading of Total Amount due.

Incompetent customer service
Ditto on Philip. I have been proactive for 11 mos now with Saxon; left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing at Saxon. They foreclosed on me because they diverted my payments to prop taxes and didn't tell me, even tho I had already worked out a payment plan with the county. They sent me 24 notices on one day of foreclosure. These people are incompetent. HAve no clue how to get thru to them. Searching Internet for names of VPs. Anybody know one who can get things done? Anyone know what to do? Thanks for help.
