I am being charged $9.95 per month for I don't know what. The ad for 'SB Fun Family Reward' was the last screen after I placed a catalog order with JC Penney. I see there are many complaints regarding this very same thing. Please refund the $9.95 x 3. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
