Subject:-Help regarding the family Pension

Dear Sir/madam,
This is to inform you that my husband Mr. Bhim Bdr Thapa (same person BhimLal Dhakal) expired on February 10, 2009. He was a pensioner of SBI bank and his pension was deposited in Maharajgung-NAUTUNA SBI branch.
He was retired from SBI Branch BANKA.
After his death I have submitted all the necessary documents proofing from lawyer for the family pension. I completed all the formalities, but I have not received any amount/family pension till date.
I went there for 11 times but no body responding regarding the matter and they said your documents were sent to Lacknaw and lakhnaw SBI bank not responding yet. There is no joining date and retiring date of your husband’s file. So we sent the file to lacknow SBI Local Head office for conformation.

Sir, I am old woman from remote area of Nepal. I need one extra person for going Nautuna bank. I already spent a lot of money for traveling to Nautuna. I am tiring and hopeless.
You’re Bank VISION, MISSION and VALUES seems excellent but only hanging on Bank wall, nautuna Bank Manager seems irresponsible man and not enquiring regarding my documents. I am illiterate woman and did not understand Hindi also. Now days everywhere are facility for mail, internet, and phone. Manager can ask and follow up within a minute. But he advice us to go lacknow, but I don’t know where is lacknow and How to go lacknow even I need extra person to go nautuna.
Sir, If your bank staff, s family can not get family pension, then how we belived that other organization, s pensioner can get pension
I therefore, kindly request you for your help and solve my problems as soon as possible.
