FALSE BILLS
Sbi Cards- A great Menace !!
Hi Everybody ! I had had a Nightmarish exoerience with SBI cards ! First, they offered me several insurance& lost cards/ travel insurance products! I staright forward denied all those offers ! Then, one day, they called me to say that as per my agreement, I am offerd some insurance sort of thing ! Later, after some time, I sent them mails & also called on the customer care & after having a heavy discussion & after I warned them to go to consumer courts, that they accepted their folly & agreed to wave off the charges levied.
& again, after about 3months, they started send me details of the bills & are sending them since last 3 yrs or more. The amt has gone up to abt 1900/- frm 550/- !!! I dont know yet, what to do !!?

Dirty Joint Venture Of SBI And SBI Card
Before going to the main story let me introduce myself in a nutshell.

Now we can enter into the story.

I needed a Credit Card for some on line transaction. As I always preferred services from Nationalized Sectors so SBI was my first option. Roaming different branches in Tollygunge area I finally discovered that South Kolkata bound Credit Card dealing personnels are available only in Jadavpur University Branch. I visited JU SBI Branch three times and get astonished that the rpresentative, Mr Prokash of SBI Card was very irregular to attend his duty. Trying for consecutive three days I got the person.

I was told that a minimum sum of Rs 20, 000/- is to be deposited as Fixed Deposit in SBI to get a SBI Credit Card. I also noticed an advertisement which in a tricky way had an expression that FD and Credit Card are coupled. As I was in need and had nothing to loose having a FD I opened one such with a sum of Rs. 25, 000/- on 13th December, 2010.

In the evening on that very day I received a verification telephone call on my mobile from their Kolkata office and another from Gurgaon after one or two days. They provided an Application Number (1335260000284) and an appeal for a processing time of 21 days by SMS. In 2nd week of January, 2011 I tried to track the status of my application from SBI Card Website. An automated message was generated saying that it was then under process and I could further inquire into the same after 5 days if I wish so.

After listening three times to that "5 Day Story" I sent ultimately a mail on 23rd February, 2011 for clarification. At the same time also knocked Mr Prokash stating the recent position. He then asked me to apply for it afresh. According to his suggestion I did it on February, 26th, 2011. By that time their Customer Service Executive Sajitha replied on 3rd March in connection to my mail, dated 23-02-2011.

The message was - "At the outset, we regret to inform you that as on date, we would be unable to accept your application for the SBI card. We would like to assure you that our business decision for not accepting your application for the SBI card has been made in good faith and is certainly not indicative of your credit worthiness."

The game was repeated again with my second application having all verification formalities like address, phone, occupation etc etc providing an application number (1405960001699) and a 21 days processing time. After a gestation period of 21 days I checked the status on line. After having two "5 Day Stories" I finally got an automated message on 04-04-2011.

It was - "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

Being a bonafied tax payer and an Indian Citizen I have every right to know the following facts -

1. What sort of problem was there to provide me a credit card?

2. What sort of business relation is there between SBI and SBI Card?

3. Why SBI displays such tricky advertisement that imposes a coupling between FD and SBI Card?

4. Why SBI Card uses the SBI Logo?

5. What criteria do SBI Card follow to issue a credit card?

6. Why SBI allows SBI Card Personnels to promote their business under SBI's premises?

FINAL SETTLEMENT OF MY CREADIT CARD
This to make a note of my Creadit Card No 5264685325148482 Had been made final settlement on 28.12.2010 here tho there is no relation ship for me any no any payment outstanding for the SBI Cards from my side.SBI Cards the payment has been made in 2shots on 11.11.2010 payment of 1350/- thru cash and the balance payment of Rs.15650/- thru SBI Cheque the final settlement ammount would be 17000/-

Mental Harassement
I have been receiving a call from SBI collection agency for collecion of payment. despite of explaining the collection executive that i am not receiving statement due to which the payment is not done, the agent started threatening me. he also said that he will kidnap me from my home if i dont do the payment. he kept calling on all my official & personal nos for more than 100 times. The bank is not allowed to mental harras the customer but the agent went against the policy & started harassing me & kept threatening me. I want a strict action to be taken agains the bank & the employee.

I have not received my monthly Credit card statement for the month of October 2005, November 2005 & December 2005.

WRONG BILLING
I AM HAVING A CREDIT CARD 4006661034000815 AND PAID FULL AMOUNT AS PER THE STATEMENT ON 30.04.10 RS35000/- AS PER THE COMMUNICATION MY ACCOUNT WAS CLEAR AS ON THAT DATE AND THE EXECUTIVE COMMITED THE THERE WILL NOT BE ANY AMOUNT PAYABLE. AGAIN I GOT BILL IN MAY ASKING FOR SOME 1200 AND AGAIN I HAVE PAID THAT MONEY IN MAY. IT IS A MATTER OF SURPRIZE I GOT AN SMS DEMANDING515/- I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS
I have paid the full and final amout with out any waiver, how you are asking again and again.

Please clear my account as per my payment of 35k, the bill amount claerly says the total amount due, which was around 34k plus, still i paid 35k, plaese arrange to refund the excess money collected from me by waiving off the additional demand of 515

I wish to continue the credit card

Please arrange to refund the excess amount collected after paying off 35k, there should not be any due.

Looking for a favourite reply, i have paid the full amount in april

wrongly given ,SBI Statement
My self Abdul Shaeed Credit Card No is 4317575614606490, many times i complaint to SBI center about my Credit card Statement dated18th December 2009 .

As per SBI Statement Balance Due is6, 071.76 wrongly given because our calculation or our A/C statement is not tally. So many time I said to SBI department give me starting Credit card statements up to the balance mismatches but SBI Department never given the statement.
SBI department wrongly charge.
wrongly Charge late fee or interest due, because for our side balance due is nil.As per SBI cheque payment details and our payment details not matches.
So, Please take the action against our complaint as possible. & Take the correct decision against SBI Credit Card Department.
