payment harrasment
my credit card no 4317575175942631, i had made excess payment to bank in jan 2007.later i asked to return the amount back to scb inform of demand draft, sbi returned the money to scb, but in addition they claimed that they had given me additional 30000/- (thirty thousand ) which i had not received and for that they are still charging interest, total due now is more than 75000/-, i am forced to pay for what i had not received.

i call to them that i not have ur card but from last 15th days thay send sms and offerers that ur payment is due pl z pay ur over dues ...etc
i not applied for s bi card and not have bot s bi card co .conterminously harries to me for sending this tipe of sms
co pl z take action for that and stop this harresement

wrong billing and subsequent harrassment.
My credit card no of sbi is 4317 5751 7594 2631, i had got wrong billing for an amount of Rs 30000/- in feb 2007 and hence forth they are charging interest and as on date the total amount had mounted to 79539/- .My repeated effforts to sort out the issue paid no gain to me and still they are continuing billing .

sbi card lost after deactivted transection

How are you. As I shared something in the massage that I have lost my credit card along with ATM card and a cash of Rs. 5500/- during my travel from Jodhpur to Delhi on 4th Aug. 09 in2nd AC Coach. Other details you can find in following emails/letter sent to sbi credit card. I want your help in this regard please pursue this matter the matter would get privilege and it would be beneficial for me.<br />

With due respect I want to state that I have lost my SBI Credit Card 4317 5755 5916 6682 during the journey between Jodhpur to Delhi sarai rohilla. For this theft I have communicated an E-mail on 05 Aug 2009 at 9.51( Annexure 1 ) AM requesting to deactivate my SBI credit card simultaneously I have received a system generated response to acknowledge the receipt of email on 5 Aug 09 at 10 AM.<br />
I have also received an E-mail on 6 aug 09 at 15.45 PM ( Annexure 2 ) informing me that I have an outstanding amount Rs. 982.23 to be paid and my card had been deactivated. But after seeing my credit card statement on Internet I was socked that an outstanding amount of Rs. 14, 182.23 is being displayed.<br />
It is a great matter of concern that if my card was deactivated and an amount of Rs. 982.23 was there at the time of deactivation how this amount have raised up.<br />
I am sorry to inform you that I am responsible only for Rs. 982.23 and myself is not responsible for other payments, which I have not made. You may verify the amount at the seeing my signature and any other proofs required. In this context RBI has issued new instruction regarding credit card purchase/user firm should check photo identity proof, signature of cardholder etc.<br />
Therefore you are requested to kindly delete the amount except Rs. 982.23 from my statement.<br />

Wrong statement & harassment for payment
I hold a SBi Credit card, last month July-08, received a statement as excess payment made and after talking to a customer center, confirmed to pay the minimum due, but after paying that also, got at least 50 to 60 calls from SBI Card, to pay the amount of Rs.3000.00, after telling the situation also, they are not listening to me and everyday made calls.

Illegal billing by SBI Credit card
Myself Vidya R Prasad, I got SBI Gold Card on 11- 12- 2007 & after 30 Day I got message for pay 1, 000/- Rs. from SBI Delhi office, Then I was surprised How they were telling me to pay any amount when I did not used SBI card Till Date as well as never willing to use SBI Card in future also, Then I just made complain no "MQ0070140076482" to block my card well as cancellation of illegal making such a ambiguous payment for future too.

As Customer service agent telling me that They courier (Rs Ten Thousand) RS 10, 000/- DD/cheque at my Office address Satyam computers Manikchand Ikon, But I am surprised when I received SBI Gold card at my residence address then whom to take permission SBI Deliver cheque at Office address...??? And courier person Deliver that cheque to whom??? When I did not received any cheque Till Date.

2nd most Imp. Thing is when I did not receive any Cheque as well as not Deposited any cheque at my account then How SBI continue Keep on charging after cancellation request. Why not SBI Enquired real fact that:

1> 1> whom to handed over that DD/courier by courier person??

2> & which account that DD/cheque will be deposited???.

3> If Courier person really handed over that DD/ Courier to any illegal person then what is that DD/ Cheque no. why not SBI blocked that DD/ Cheque for future transaction after my file complaints.

If a face such type of any illegal outstanding economical &mental Harassment then I compel to file case against you people. I am very serious regd. this matter beco'z I regularly getting call from Mob no 9823485500 regd clear outstanding bill amount.

I am still facing worst experience with SBI credit card.

Herrassment
I am very ver much herrassed and embrassed by the services by SBI card. December 13th 2007 I had called them to inform that I had lost m card and they didnt block my card. However, two days later I could see that a frudelent usage of Rs 5190 was charged against my account. I had asked why they say call after 45 days and we will make an enquiry and inform you. I called after 45 days they say since you didnt courrier a physical letter we didnt consider this. After 45 days I called to enquire about something else to hear any answer that the enquiry was done already and I need to poay that money. I had asked who did this enquiry and where is the report I want to see. The response was nill.

On Aril 9 th I had told them that I need a new card as my current card is damaged. They say we took a request and call after 9 working days. I called after one week to know that there is no progress on my request and they taking a fresh request now. I called after two days to know that my card has been generated and they dont know where it stuck up. I have been calling from 18th onwords and till date there is no progress, everyone say that my card is been dispatched they dont have the dispatch number and I am lost in soup everyday and everyday . No one gives me a response and every one say we arrange for acall back in two days you get a callcall me after 4 days nothing happens no one calls ..

I till date didnt know whether my card is processsed has it reached any other idiot and where is it?? MY complaint number is: 007028004223. I had mailed SBIcard also and Mr. Ajay Bharti also my case ID : 'CaseID=002-551-242".

Mr Ajay Bharti should resign immediately .. he is irresponsible and has got no control about the way the things are shaping up.

Fraud and always deliver wrong information
Business associates of sbi card called me several time, offering Encash amount on card.On their undue pressure, i accepted.They sent me the charges different from told by bank.
Although, i paid excess amount of total unbilled amount well before time.Then also, they penalised me and charged late fine at next statement.I told them that my account statement shows much balance at advance, they argued badly and told to pay more and the advance credited amount could not be adjusted.you have to spent on purchases the credit amount.
Is this not a fraud? I paid rs 4000 instead of rs 2000 in advance of next EMI.Then also levy interest charges on my adavance amount from me.This is a great "GUNDAGARDI"

NO statement
I am not getting regular statement for my card no 4317 5751 8417 2022. Insurance premium is directly deducted from my card without giving any prior information. As on date I do not know how much amount I have to pay. Again you will submit statement with late charges which is not accepted to me.

Debiting other's bounced chq to a/c!
A cheque for Rs.11000/- plus belonging to someone else was debited to my A/c way back in August 2007. Their callers had acknowledged that the cheque belonged to another Rajasthan customer and had promised they would reverse the entry. They never did. Their telecallers/team leaders have been making daily calls on my mobile for recovery of illegitimate amount. SBI does not have staff of its own and have hired GE for the Credit Card work I did receive system-generated acknowledgment of my complaint that I would receive reply within three days but it is history now. They simply do not go through the complaints.

It is the worst customer service experience I ever had.
