This is complaint against sbi credit cards where they have not been sending statements for last eight months. Without my authorization they have paid to Sundaram finance for a health insurance policy and now they have paid renewal charges without my permission or intimation. Since today I didn't receive any health card or policy also for Sundaram Finance.
How can I deal with this problem? to whom should I complain for the same? I tried sbi customer service many times, but no use.
