at time of issue of card it was committed by the sbi credit card company that above card is life time free for annual charges and other charges but after seen the present month statement I am very shocked that they charged rs 750/- Toward annual fee, add-on charges rs.250/- And gst charges debit.Regarding reversal above charges I already discuss two times with help line of sbi credit card but they clear cut denied to do the same.
Till last year they waived on continuous persuasion but this year they have not done so till now.
It is clear cut matter of violation of commitment and trust
please, do the necessary help in this regard.

Privilege Circle Programme Scheme
A lady from SBI Credit Cards had called me in July/Aug 10 and told me that I have been selected as a Privilege Customer of SBI for my good records with them and so they are offering me there Privilege Circle Pro gramme wherein they would give me a Holiday Stay Gift Voucher, A Wrist Watch, and a one side Air Travel Ticket for one person by paying Rs.6000/- against the scheme amount of more then Rs.40000/- and I had the say yes immediately even without thinking or asking further about it .
When I told her to send me the details on my e-mail or by post she said it is not possible and sent me the same and sent me the kit.
When I went through the scheme I found that it was not possible for me to avail the same and then I called up SBI Customer Care and told that I do not want the offer and kindly cancel the same immediately and asked her the process for sending back the Kit sent to me. On this, she talked with someone keeping me on hold and said it would be possible to do so and I would get my money deducting some amount as in the due course as per my regular payment schedule had made the payment for the scheme too.
She further said that someone from the said dept. would also talk to me and would guide me how to proceed further.
A phone call came at an evening time after few days when I was busy with one of my client and came out and had a talk with the person but, to my surprise I was shocked to hear from the lady on the other side talking to me arrogantly and telling me that the plan can not be cancelled at any cost and I would not get my money back at any cost.
So, I wrote an e-mail and sent a letter to the customer care dept. and even wrote to the VP Ms Ddhody of that dept. about the same.
I got an e-mail from the VP instructing me to send back the Kit with me to one Mr.Saurabh of Plate5 Consultancy Services at New Delhi and e-mail or talk to him too. On this I sent the mail and even tried to talk with the person I was not able to talk so I again sent an e-mail informing about the matter and sent back the kit in Nov.10 the deadline as mentioned on the voucher sent to me for booking. The same was even informed to the concerned persons like the Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Manish Jain, the customer care dept., Plate5 Consultancy Services, VP Customer Services, Manager Customer Services but, till date the things are not resolved.
One day I got a phone call from a gentlemen inquiring about the issue and I thought now my issue would be resolved but again to my surprise he told me that the plan cannot be cancelled and I would have to forget my paid money in any circumstances and when I told him that it the SBI can not force me to avail the offer if do not want then also he told me the same thing.
Then when I received my next a/c statement for my Purchase transactions made I found that the billing amount was also near to my paid amount so I then blocked their payment too.
Now, they are calling me for making their outstanding bill payment repeatedly at odd times and writing me threatening letters about spoiling my name credit record with CBIL and take legal action if amount not paid. When I told them to resolve my issue and make my due payment they do not respond and for their payment they make so much follow up right from local (Vadodara)person to the person sitting at H.O in Delhi.
I repeatedly told each and every person who called me for the payment about resolving this matter at the earliest but, non of them has even bothered to look in to the customers point of view for resolving. They just want to enforce their scheme compulsorily on me even when I do not want their offer. This is something very hurting that an organisation like SBI who has an very high re pot in the market as a biggest financial sector and dealing like this and that too with a client to whom they call a PRIVILEGE CLIENT.
Please not help me out as I do not have any other options other than yours as I am always in tension because of this issue as such thing has never ever happened in my life and have lost many things due to their MENTAL TOURCHER by calling me and not responding to my request at any level.
Kindly Help.
Any more information in detail needed am ready to do so.

Bad Service
I had purchased SBI Credit Card (SBI Advantage Gold Card) with an initial payment of Rs.1, 408/- & kept FD with the Bank for Rs.10, 000/- for one year (Maturity Date is 22-01-2011) to be paid with monthly EMI of Rs.899/- in the next 11 instalments & the instalments will be recovered from my SBI Savings Account, as I had also told their representative that I do not have time to deposit the monthly cheques. I was told that the Card is free of any charges but when I received the statement it was surprising to find that they had charged Rs.250/- towards Annual Fee. But later on I was informed that their person would come & collect the cheques. Everytime they used to call me saying that their representative would come but nobody came. Only once their representative came & took the cheque for Rs.3, 904/-. After that nobody turned up. I had also given them my new changed address but till date I did not receive any statement on the new address. I used to receive only SMS for the amount due.
I have not used the card even once. Whenever there was a call, I had told them to cancel my Credit Card but did not get proper reply from them. Now they are asking to me to pay Rs.11, 534/- by 17/03/2011 which is more than what I will get for my FD. Also I had earlier paid Rs.5, 312/-. The total comes to Rs.16, 846/-. They are using my money & also charging interest on my money. They are just harassing. Even though the FD has expired, I am been asked to pay the whopping sum. Please see that I get my money given to them back.

DISCONTINUATION OF CARD WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON AND AFTER TAKING ANNUAL FEES.
THIS COMPLAINT IS AGAINST STATE BANK OF INDIA MUMBAI CREDIT CARD SECTION WHICH ARE KNOWN AS THE BIGGEST BANK BUT WITH SO SMALL AND DIRTY SERVICES. Dear Sir,

I Mr Rajendra Suresh Dakhale residing at 63/3108 Vartak Nagar, Thane – 400 606. My Mobile No 98218 02 695. I am not at all satisfied with the services which is provided to me from SBI cards resulting that I would like to cancel my Credit Card with immediate effect.

I have paid Rs 17, 768=62 ( Seventeen Thousand Seven hundred Sixty eight & Sixty two paise by Cheque only. I had issued a cheque from my Saving Account to SBI Card. Cheque is debited in my account on 21/07/2006 as per the Bank Statement from The Mahanagar Co-Op Bank Ltd. From August or September onwards I am getting calls from SBI Payment Services Pvt Ltd Delhi for the Payment They are asking me the payment of the amount which is paid by me in july only. after fighting with them for a month or more I am able to convince them about my case. Till that time every day I was getting calls from different executives. In December I got call from SBI Andheri that your payment is outstanding they are also asking for the payment which is paid by me in July 06. worst part is that they came to my residence for the payment unfortunately I was in office but when I came to know that person from SBI came for payment I immediately called him & tell him the truth. Next day I went to Bank & collected Bank Statement as well as the certificate from the Bank mentioning that the 17768-62 is debited to my account on 21/07/06 and credit send through RBI Clearing to SBI Andheri Branch after two days Mr Mangesh from SBI andheri called me & told me that your cheque was in suspense account now it will get credited to your account. Today is February 23.2007 even 7 days before I have received the bill from SBI cards and asking to pay around 4000 to 5000 for the Interest or something. You tell me sir why I should pay the interest & what about the wastage of time & energy which I have spend to convince to sbi card’s useless people ( They help me after 5 months ). So many times I ask for the senior persons no or name to explain my problem but he didn’t give me the no his mobile no is 9819921104.


In future I will not go for SBI Card neither I will suggest my friends & relatives reason is that I have got such horrible experience from you people.


Even after paying money, SBI executives were after me like a . ( I don’t want to write ).
You tell me a single reason why customer like me should not launch a complaint against SBI to appropriate authorities. I spoke to Mr Mangesh and asked that why sbi is again sending me the bill and asking for the interest or charges. He has only one answer Next month it will clear.

Now from Two months I am following up this case with Mr Rakesh ( from SBI Payments Services – andheri ) but still I am getting the Bills from SBI .

Please clear this issue immediately otherwise I will hav to go to appropriate authorities due to deficiency of Services against SBI. ( At your Cost ). Please treat this as request or warning or whatever but sort out my issue immediately.

Now hv applied credit card to HSBC but they hv rejected my appl. Sir, Again I am requesting you to do something in my case.

Even on 01.06.2007 I am following up this issue with Rakesh but no response.

I have send my complaint letter to SBI on 2nd June 2006 & received acknowledgement No from But on 9th june I have received call from SBI Borivili Branch 67258320 Executive Name Amit Verma . I think your system is hopeless you tell me what reply I should give your people.

Hand Loan
What I have taken Hand Loan of Rupees 5000 from the SBI credit card. I have already paid rupees 5000, what I have paid back through SBI agents, In the year 2006 but till the date I am recieving the monthly statement and the amt reaches 27000/- . When we talked with the excecutive of SBI she said we would have to do one time sattlement to broke. Means after paying 5000 again we need to pay the amt they are saying.

FALSE STATEMENT & HARASSEMENT
Dear Sir,

I have applied for a credit card from SBI during 2007. Though I have not applied or given any consent for any Policy, they have sent me a Insurance policy of SBI Life. Though I have tried several times by talking to the customer care of SBI creditcard to cancel the policy still they have not done the same and charged me the amount. Despite of my repeated complaints they are not taking any corrective action and Now I am receiving several calls that they are going for legal action. Till today I have not used the card for any transaction.

Please suggest what to do in this matter, as the credit card company unnecesssaryly harrasing me.

Outstanding balance Rs 13064/- on July2010, after full & final Payment on June 2006.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had a credit card before June 2006 and paid full & final payment made on 29-06-2006, and during that payment I received a letter vide settlement tender no. Delhi, UP, Panjab, ALH, CALCUTBHU862006255185 in respect of SBI Account No. 0004006661032031515 in the Name Animesh Mallick.
Last month I came to know that there is my name in CIBIL as a credit card defaulter when I applied for a loan. Accordingly I attend Calcutta SBI Card office to make clear the things. There I got another shocked knowing that my outstanding dues is Rs. 13064/- as on 23 -07 -2010, though the account should be closed after final payment.
It is really very funny as well as unparliamentarily that after full & final payment how this outstanding is showing. When I asked for the detail statement during those period after my full payment, the person named Prosenjeet of Kolkata SBI card office told me that it will be sent to you through courier services, and after that one month over.
I met the person again to know the fact and he told the statement already been sent by the courier, but till date I did not received any statement.
It is more unfortunate to me as I am a central Govt Gazetted Officer and now can not get any loan from bank, as it is very prestigious that I am a credit card defaulter, though I was an innocent person in this matter during my final payment on June 2006.
Please do the needful to solve this issue.

Have to pay 3,800/- dues for free card
More than 2 years back some SBI Credit Card agent come to me and offered free Credit card and Add-on card. As I don’t use credit card much, I said no to him. He insisted me and requested that it is a life time free card and If you don’t use than you don’t need to pay for it but you may need it in future, I also think that if it is free then what is the problem in taking the same and I took the card with Add-on. But one thing is sure that I never used the card.

Around 6 months back I come to know that there is due on my account and Now yesterday one person came to my house and given an visiting card of a vakil and asked me to contact. Today when I contact him, he said that you have to pay 3, 800/- dues on your account or SBI will file the case in court.

Please let me know what is the right way to come out of this case and in case if SBI file a case in court, what will be the impact on me.
