Harassment for recovery without statement

I am a SBI Credit Card customer & have been paying regularly too but since last more than 1 year's period I haven't received my card bill & no body from SBI was bothered to send me the bill or called me to check wether I have received the bill or not.
Suddenly after such a long period of time one person who told his name is Rajesh Ranga & he is a lawywer, called at my residence land line no. in the starting of this month, saying that I have a big amount of Rs.26000.00 overdue against SBI Card & if I dont pay that amount at once then he is going to get a non bailable warrant against me.
At this I asked him to provide me either statement of charges or invoice so that I can know the break up of the amount he is asking me to deposit. I also gave him my mobile no. for all further communications as I am out of home most of the time.
After half an hour he again called me on my mobile & told me that he is going to get me a special discount & now I have to pay Rs 18000.00 but I need to pay it at once only & he again didn't provide the statement.
I again asked him that pls provide me the statement & then only I can pay the o/s amount.
At this these people started calling me at my mobile no. as well as on my residence land line no. in every 1 or 2 minutes for several days & also abused every one who picks up the phone at my home.
Today due to this harassment & mental pressure to every body at home I have paid them Rs.18000.00 without still having the statement of charges levied, they only sent me a letter stating the amount due.
I would request you to pls put this matter forward & get me the justice.

Irregular billing / no statement
This is complaint against sbi credit cards where they have not been sending statements for last five months, wherein i made payment of Rs 7000/ in feb 2007 on this card against my purchases since then there has been no purchases on this card. At that time there was an outstanding as late fee being charged of Rs 500/ which they have hiked it up to a total of Rs 4000/ in past four- five months and that two with no statement being sent to me for above mentioned period.And not to forget that there harassment calls do not stop in the mean time in the meanwhile i have been explaining the complete story to every executive who calls me with no followup at all from the bank, each and every time some new exec calls & after listening to my version never gets back again.

No purchases proofs for verification
I had two credit cards (bearing Numbers: 4317 5750 3782 1056 and 4317 5750 3679 8877 ) which I had returned after suffering a lot. The reasons of my dissatisfaction with SBI Cards are as follows:
1. Continuous phone calls disturbed me a lot. I have not activated or used any of my cards till I returned these, but I received some phone calls from SBI Card Person asking for outstanding amounts. I did not understand why I have to pay a big amount, where there is no purchase. I did not understand their intension.
2. No communication or statement was made till I returned the cards. My address, given in the form is correct but I did not receive any papers.
3. I have seen people who are using SBI card and have been suffered by late fine even after depositing the cheque in time.
4. I have intimated the matter though e-mail and sent the cut pieces of the cards to them by post but, no reply is received till date.
I, do not want to suffer more with SBI card. I want all the proofs for verification if I made any purchase.

SBI ba****ds!
There people are really bastards. Initially they sent wrong bill then I kept on asking proper bill to which no reply then I got call from legal department. So I paid the settled amount still I am getting the bill from SBI.

Fed up with SBI Credit Card payments
SBI credit card payment has become a big headache. When i went to SBI they told, i have to pay the bill at Citibank, residency road, bangalore. When i went to citibank, they told, there is no option to pay SBI card bill at citi bank. Again when i went to SBI, they told me to drop the cheque at state bank of mysore, bannerghatta road. What is this??? Really fed up with credit card payments.

The shittiest card and customer service i have ever seen
This is the shittiest card and customer service i have ever seen. They are charging the finance charges from the day bill is generated even though i have paid before due date. Do not ever opt for this card.

Card Statement not received
A copy of email to SBI bank:
I am a credit card holder of your bank. Ever since i have got this card not even single statement is received by me. This is a very incompetent service provided by you. I received a recorded message saying my payment is due but did not conveyed how much and for what. My credit card no is 4317575176394345. Arrange me a statement and clarification for any charges of extra penalties levied on my card. My mobile no is 09819714266. Also send me statement and resister my mobile no. for mobile alerts.

Mis usage of my credit card by SBI itself!
Last year i got health insurance through sbi credit card, this year without my permission SBI has taken 4500 for royal sundaram health insurance. I don't know whether SBI is helping the public or royal sundaram and other companies. This is total misuse of my card and I am intended to file a case against them in court regarding this.

Getting anonymous calls from SBI collections department!
I am holding SBI credit card for more than a year. For the past 3 months I am getting calls from your collections department frequently at least 7 times a day. They are calling me and they are abusing me badly. I haven’t gone through such a kind of service in my life anywhere in this world. I pay my bills regularly more than my minimum amount balance. I don’t know why the heck they are calling me. They are making fun of me and it really drives me crazy.
I asked them to connect to their supervisor on the floor and they are saying we are the supervisor and you should talk to me only. I am sharing FEW words which they used for abusing me. You talk like a Dog. Priya can you come with me for free? I called up your customer service and filed a complaint against these people. Nothing changed yet. Four girls and three boys are calling by saying that they are the supervisors. They never used to give their real names. Every time they change the names like Stella, Naren, Nakeeran etc.

Now I have decided to surrender this damn credit card. I will never come back to SBI for any services. SBI recruits people with no customer service skills. Trust me your people have ruined me to the extreme end in my life. I will never suggest anyone of my friends, relatives and my family members to have SBI bank account / credit card.
I am very happy to surrender my card and I will never take this card anymore in my life. If you are not the right person, please forward this to the concerned department for action. I don’t even care if you delete this mail. Anyways I am posting it in the internet forum so that the whole world will know it.
Goodbye SBI Card and your pathetic service.

Wrong deduction of service bills
I do not know how to interact with SBI Cards Team. I own a Via Gold Card from them for the last 12 months. Three weeks back, I got a call from another SBI card holder inquiring about my card and bill pay services availed by me. Initially, I was surprised as he had called me on my mobile and had my landline number with him. He explained that SBI card has been deducting his card account with my landline telephone bills (Chennai Telephones) for past five months and finally they gave him my contact details. He asked me to be cautious on this. After a week from this call, I noticed that my card has also been deducted with two telephone bill payments of Dec and Jan on 22nd Feb. I launched a formal complaint and followed up with them. Sent mails to their complaint mail ID and escalation mail id too. Adding insult to injury, they debited one more bill pertaining to November month couple of days back. All their contact channels are inefficient and arrogant at times. Also, many of their call center team members are not aware of any standard turn around time and they told me periods varying from 4 days to 40 days.
Supervisors are also helpless as they also do not get any response.
