This letter is to complain about the service I recently received from your credit card division. I am holding SBI gold card # 4006 6760 1786 9937.I used this card for shopping and wanted to pay the credit card bill from last 2 months. I succeeded by paying the credit card bill regularly for 3 months after calling the executive many times to collect the cheque. I don’t know what happened from last 2 months, no one responding to me and they even says that "SIR OUR EXECUTIVE WILL COME TO YOUR PLACE AND HE WILL COLLECT YOUR CHEQUE", but here unfortunately no executive present for days together. I called those executives mobile numbers many times, they says “OK SIR I WILL COME IN THE EVENING TIME AND WILL PICK YOUR CHEQUE". And we have only one drop box available in electronic city Bangalore, unfortunately currently SBI staff is not using that box it seems. I don’t have any other option to pay the bill except paying the bill to your executive by hand to hand. After I had been on hold for many days I understood that I should escalate this issue. Really Sir, I wanted to be a good customer to SBI, but your staff is not encouraging me at all.
I noticed many banks, they treat customers who pay the credit card bill on time as privileged customers and provide many benefits, but I don’t think SBI Credit card staff will do the same after I had this experience.
I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed.
