Demand Notice Issued- Without serving Creditcard
I, G.Atchuthanandarao received a demand noticeNo.DLN_PA_AUG-10_5355 Dated 19.08.2010 on 07.09.2010 from Pathak Associates to pay Rs.18811.47 for availing credit card (No.0004317575509413648) facilities from the date of issuance.
I did not receive any SBI credit card .With out credit card how can I avail the facility And the same was informed by phone long ago.
I request to inform to whom I have to approach for this happening.

Raising bill even after making full payment
I have diposited a sum of Rs27633.56 against monthly statement for period ending on 15.01.2010 against credit card issued on my name through ch. No. 047412 on dtd 03.02.2010 at SBI Anandnagar Branch Khandwa MP.The bank has issued a receipt vide no. J-11361168. on 05.02.2010 and thereafter at so many occations the sbi credit card officials reminding for making payment.Whereas I have repeatedly informing the credit card officials regarding the payment made by me on 03.02.2010.This amount have also debited from my account and the bank officials of SBI Anandnagar Khandwa are also confirming that the payment has also been diposited in SBI credit card account. <br />

Very Poor service for Creditcard Customers in SBI
This letter is to complain about the service I recently received from your credit card division.
I am holding SBI gold card # 4006 6760 1786 9937.I used this card for shopping and wanted to pay the credit card bill from last 2 months. I succeeded by paying the credit card bill regularly for 3 months after calling the executive many times to collect the cheque. I don’t know what happened from last 2 months, no one responding to me and they even says that "SIR OUR EXECUTIVE WILL COME TO YOUR PLACE AND HE WILL COLLECT YOUR CHEQUE", but here unfortunately no executive present for days together. I called those executives mobile numbers many times, they says “OK SIR I WILL COME IN THE EVENING TIME AND WILL PICK YOUR CHEQUE". And we have only one drop box available in electronic city Bangalore , unfortunately currently SBI staff is not using that box it seems. I don’t have any other option to pay the bill except paying the bill to your executive by hand to hand. After I had been on hold for many days I understood that I should escalate this issue. Really Sir, I wanted to be a good customer to SBI, but your staff is not encouraging me at all.
I noticed many banks, they treat customers who pay the credit card bill on time as privileged customers and provide many benefits, but I don’t think SBI Credit card staff will do the same after I had this experience.
I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this Issue, Please cancel my credit card. I will be informing my entire friends & office staff and family about this experience.

TOO BIG BANK & TOOOOOOOOO WORST WORST BILLING & RESPONSE
Worst service from SBI, I am holding lot of other credit cards with SBI. I was gettings calls from SBI executives and asking free balance transfer for 6 months. One day I said transfer to my other credit card amount is 36000/-, they send the check immediatly. Before 6 months I got the chance to go abroad, and droped the Check in SBI credit card collection Box.After 6 months I got the mail from SBI, your debits are around 44000/- you have to pay, since that time I didn't check my savings account, I thought its debited from my account. I sent the reply I droped the check , didn't check my account since long time, I have to call and find my account. In my account doesont have any debited, then I said Its not my mistrake,I droped the check u guys mistrake, its happened same situation earlier also and cleared the things ,but now I will pay original ammount give me the confirmation mail, they are talking very roodly , then I said, when ever I will receive the mail for conrimation then only I will pay. After that I haven't receive the mail , I called so many times, its very hectic to connect SBI customer care and some times their executives says, they dont have control.
Since 2 months i am waiting for their mail........
its toooooooooooo worst service from SBI...............

Fraud & cheating!
I have been offered rs. 200000/- over draft free of interest for 45 days, when i took the cheque immediately they deducted first EMI, than next month interest for 36 months, as i refused to take and immediately returned and repaid the 200000/- in full. Yet the next three months emi was deducted and money was collected. Now bank has collected rs. 45240/- as interest from me for less than 45 days used there money. At least i presented my case 100 times to the banks collection agents/ officers/ call centers, but they continue to demand more and more money to be paid.
Since than they are going own using abusing /torturing me on my mobile/land line for further payment. NEVER HAVE ANYTHING WITH state bank of india OR sbicards IS MY SUGGESTION.
IF YOU HAVE AN ENEMY GET HIM AN SBICARDS!!! I PRAY TO GOD ALL THESE OFFICERS OF SBI SHOULD HAVE THE SAME SUFFERING!

They are fraud
Dear All,
I had been using this card for more then a year. I had made my payment for the last month dropping at there ATM collection box. The customer care person call for the payment and say please give a stop payment for the same and issue us a new cheque i really don't understand why they are playing with customers. They also retrain that they had not received my payment till day and they abuse me also he is name is dines and called me from this no +914439830241. I think we should flah this persons on media or take a help of media and show how this bank works.

Wrong calls from customer care
I just want to let you know that I have got a call from this chennai number 42660819 SBI credit card customer care and that person there talked all nonsense added with their offers for that credit card.Is that the way to behave with customers getting into their personal details?I just want to tell the SBI to facilitate the staff with proper behavior and manners and make them learn and reciprocate the same with their customers also.
