I have a savings bank A/C No. 10863816499 and a PPF A/C No 10864111828. I wanted to deposit acheque drawn on above S B A/C in PPF A/C.I enquired from help desk.The lady told me to deposit in any counter.I tried in counter no5 in a que. On my turn I was told to do it on any counter other than 2, 5, 8 . I tried through a long que on counter No.6 .On my turn Iwas told to go on inside counter for cheque deposit. On that counter Iwas told that your signature scanned image is not in system and directed to get signatures from Mr Kishori Lal . On contacting him, he directed to contact counter No 11 .On counter 11 I was directed to contact Mr Dilip. Oncontacting Mr Dilip he again directed to contact counter 11 . Icould not get my signatures varified.My A/C is more than 10 years old and transactions are going on till last month.Now no scanned signatures is not understandable.l went counter to counter without success.Is it expected service. I am disgusted with the management.
