LOSS OF ATM CARD
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am maneesh vill kothe manwal khanpur chowk pathankot punjab I have an SB account (A/C # 30613752930) is.b.i, dhangu road main branch pathankot . I have lost my ATM card about a 2 days ago. I did not try to block it because it was already de-activated when I was trying to withdraw money from ATM counter t).

Kindly send me a new ATM card to my home address available in bank database or please advice how do I get a new one.
