free credit card automatic covert to chargeable credit card

Free credit Card become a chargale credit card and demand for charge without any new acknowledgement. From 2005 no charge was given against that free card now at 2009 demand for charge and make a story that card become chargeable.

Nonreciept of response after many weeks

Application made over weeks ago,for SBI creditcard, on the advise of the Chief Manager,SBI,PBB (#4253)
Sadashivnagar,Bangalore 560080. A fixed deposit also was made at the Bank for Rs. 500000, as a prerequisite for issue of the SBI creditcard. Have also various accounts (NRE,NRO,Fixed/INR,Fixed/US$)
on our name. Awaiting reponse of card issue asap.
