This company used to be known as Krane Products until they were shut down only to reemerge as SBK products. They are located in Florida. Their ID on caller ID usually comes in as just “Florida” .

Do not, I repeat DO NOT, ever buy from them. They will sell you a product with a 1 or2 year supply and then call you in 3-6 months telling you that you must buy their new version because of changes to the formula. They will also try to sell you enzymes to clean your pipes.

Each and every time they call me, I ask them to remove me from their customer list and threaten to report them to the FTC. At this point they usually just hang up on me. At first I was polite, now I am very rude to them. Because I did purchase several years from them I am considered a “customer” so I am not protected by the Do Not Call list. They are now calling about once a month and I now consider it harassment!

I have now reported them to the FTC and want to tell as many people as I can about them. I am sure they will eventually be shut down only to emerge as yet another company. We need to stop them NOW!
