I have been getting a $15.25 charge on my phone bill every month for 6 months for a SURVIVAL KIT-SBO ONLINE. The charge is billed on my AT&T phone bill. The charge is billed through Enhanced Billing Services (EBS). They said we signed up via the internet for "additional health insurance" in July 2007. There was an introductory free trial period of 3 months and then after e-mailing us (which we never got) a confirmation of the service, we were automatically buying the service. Interestingly they didn't actually start billing us until July 2008. They said we set up an account with our phone number (which was ours) and e-mail (which was bogus and probably exists, but isn't ours). This is a scam. People all over AMerica are writing in to various complaint centers says SBO billed them between $15 and $30 for bogus "services." After calling their calling center in the Phillippines and complaining and threating them, they agreed to refund 3 months, but that still leaves me out $45. In addition AT&T billed me tax on the bogus service. This is so wrong! Please check you bills carefully!
