I upgraded two cell phones on my att account through them. I needed to exchange one because it was bought as a gift that didn't work out. They did not have the phone I wanted and did not know when they would get more. I tried to return it and they said I should wait because they might get more phones the next day. I went to another att store and they had the phone I wanted so I went back to sc kiosks to return the unwanted phone. The kiosk employees were nasty and argumentative about my return. Then they disclosed that they had 72 hours to process my return. This has been extremely frustrating and dishonest as this was stated nowhere in their return policy on the receipt or in the paperwork from att. I am now hostage to their waiting game. I returned the unwanted phone and I have to wait for them to send my return information to att. As they say, time is money and they have wasted plenty of both. These types of policies should be posted or at the very least disclosed prior to purchase. I never would have bought anything from them had I know this.
