On Saturday, February 6, 2010, I visited the SC Kiosks, Inc. "store" in the Sam's Club #6218 located at 7810 W. Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32818. My daughter was in the market for a new AT&T cell phone. James (unknown last name) checked our account and found that her line was eligible, but my husband had to be there for her to get a new phone. He then proceded to try to sell her a new plan with a different company. She declined.

The following weekend, February 13, we went back to James with my husband to get her a new phone and one for me. She and I both picked out our phones and as James was in the process of activating the new phones, surprise, surprise, she wasn't eligible until March 24. That was the first lie.

He then proceeds to transfer the information from my old phone to my new phone. I asked him about my pictures and he said he would move those over also. It would take a little time, but not a problem. Second lie. I left to tend to other errands and left my husband there to complete the transaction.

Once I had the time to "play" with my new phone, I found that there were no pictures. My husband told me that James said that all I had to do was to put the memory card from the new phone into the old phone and it would automatically copy the pictures to the card and I could then transfer the card, with pictures to my new phone. Third lie.

On Sunday, I took old phone and new phone back to Sam's to the kiosk "store" and confronted James. He said he did not tell my daughter the weekend before that she was eligible for an upgrad and that he did not tell me he would move the pictures from one phone to the other. He asked for the old phone and new phone and tried to move the pictures, in the process breaking the door which holds the memory card in place on the old phone.

After all of this, I went to the AT&T store and a very helpful, polite person moved my pictures over (with great difficulty as James had broken the old phone so that the memory card would not stay in).
