NoblePay aka Noblepay.com aka Noble Pay Sucks Big Time and is a complete Ripoff - buyers beware.
One of customers bought an item priced over $2200 from our shopping site. later next day she called and canceled, we had shipped the order, so we told her to send it back when she got it. She returned the product in 2 days, after which we refunded the client back the money. Noblepay had charged us $75 odd for the order. When we refunded the order, noblepay did not refund the transaction fee. What a ripoff. Imagine if you do this as a good customer service and refund your clients but do not get refunded by your merchant account. Noble pay sucks, this is the only company who does that. if you would process $10k of order which needs to be refunded, you will end up with $500-$600 in hole. Noblepay truly sucks. Stay away from these jerks. they have poor or no customer service at all. You are always the loser.
I own a paypal account, and they give your fees if you refund the money. NoblePay aka Noblepay.com sucks and beware sellers...! THEY HAVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM ALL OVER THE INTERNET. THEY ARE NOT EVEN BBB CERTIFIED. STAY AWAY. I DID SOME RESEARCH, THAT THEY HAD A BAD NAME AND SO RECENTLY CHANGED THEIR NAME TO NOBLEPAY.
noblepay is a scam

I've been using NoblePay for a long time and never had any issue with them at all.
I've found their customer service and attention to situations such as this to be fantastic.
from my experience all processors charge you the percentage on the sale even if its a refund and I've been charged the percentage.
I just called my rep Christopher Swift and he was able to work things out so that I wasn't charged for refunds.
Just give them him a call them and I'm sure they'll work with you on this rather than doing it here.

My name is Christopher Swift founder of NoblePay
By default all processors charge the percentage back on the return so this isn't an exclusive NoblePay practice.
We typically don't charge the percentage back just the transaction fee so I'm surprised you were charged at all so I"m thinking there was an error on your application when it was processed.
Did you call your account rep to request this fee to be reversed?
Occasionally a merchant is charged the percentage on a refund but when this happens we always work with our clients to fix it.
Are we perfect? of course not and if you do a look up on all of my competitors you'll find complaints on similar forums about their service.
My goal has always been to rise above the rest in my industry and provide a great service at a fair price while protecting merchants from unscrupulous practices as you'll see on our blog http://www.noblepay.com/blog/ so please contact me direct if you'd like to speak to my clients and learn about their experiences using NoblePay rather than evaluate us on a forum complaint.
I hate hearing when we have complaints but keep in mind we do serve thousands of merchants and not everyone will always be happy but when given the opportunity we ALWAYS fix things and make it right!
Thanks for taking the time to hear my side

Chris,
Your company is a joke, just like you are. Because of your company we have suffered massive losses and on verge of a close down. You should be ashamed of yourself. Stop cheating other business and stop writing fake reviews about how your crappy company. I would advice everybody to stay away from Noble Pay. I agree with others, you are a scam and a ripoff.

NOBLEPAY IS FRAUD ! POOR NOBLEPAY REVIEWS CAN BE FOUND ALL OVER THE INTERNET
Christopher Swift and all at PowerPay work real hard to sign you up; then when the initial paperwork is wrong Christopher Swift is not to be found, he has the flu, he has been busy, he didn't get messages... and never does anything anyway. The back office fills in for him - to sign you up. Once the problems start no one takes responsibility.
It took so long for the right paper work to come through I sent an order out and could never put the charge through due to the months delay. Product and mailing $ lost. Then business was very very slow. Power Pay keeps their charges going and I keep paying basically waiting for the Holiday/Christmas season and building advertising. I was on page 1 in Google and ready for holidays.
A Nigerian card running scam shut my gateway down for 1/2 hour. Received 3 emails from Authorize.net shutting me down, reason why, putting me back online. Silence. No sales / Oct, Nov - until a call from a customer stating my gateway isn't working. PowerPay shut down my gateway, never put it back on. No word. No way for me to know. For a month and a half. They said they sent an email and a phone call. Then it was up to me to tell them to turn it back on. I never received either a call or email! They realized they forgot and dropped the email notification but said they called. Ridiculous! All I got from the nasty blaming hag in Compliance was "Do you want to cancel? You are cancelled!" No back up, never a return call from Mr. Swift. I lost my only sales but the last one.
Best part, Christopher Swift sent through a surcharge for December! An extra $30.00 charge for the month of Dec! Plus when he sent a contract it was lacking all the small print and the company does charge for lots of penalties never mentioned in contract. Crooks!
Doesn't Authorize.net care? They are enablers. They don't back their sub-companies. Or clients.
