SCAM ARTISTS
In a state of desperation, earlier this year I went online looking for a solution for my 24 year son who had just been diagnosed bipolar and was acting suicidal. I had already payed cash for a visit to a psychiatrist (who isn't cheap) and his medications at 170 dollars each month. I found SCBN on the internet filled in the info and got a phone call a couple days later. Jonathan Harrington took my 80 dollars and said I would receive the packet right away. I did just as they requested and for the next three months they continued to take the 30 dollar membership fee out of my account and no prescription. A month ago they send me a letter and another form that I had already signed, saying I could not receive anything until they got that. I was furious because by now my son was on a different medication. I called them and got nothing resolved, I was referred to a "supposed manager" and all she did was talk down to me. I was told they could not refund my money because thus far they had been there for me to talk to on the phone (and she mentioned who I spoke to the first time) I ended hanging up in tears. I am losing my home and under a lot of stress, I did not need this! I would like to contact a few others that are angry enough to call a news station with me and share our experiences with this Scam.

Took money, no services provided
It's the same old story.. They are robbers. Brad Williams does not want to help you. He only wants to steal your money. I wish I had read the HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS about them before I foolishly attempted to sign up. I cancelled the next day but they kept ALL of my money! I never signed any papers or got any medications!! Brad must be sitting up in his big house laughing at all of us!!

Prescription Advocacy
I applied for prescription cost help. Jim at SCBN said they could help. They are good at what they do...SCAM. They have taken $90.00 of my money and never sent me anything. When I accused him of being a scam and that I wanted my money back and that they are not to charge any further funds from my credit card he hung up on me. He lied to me and said I'd given him fraudulent credit card information (bare in mind that he didn't even have my name at that point) and that it has just gone thru. They got their money initially when we were on the phone two weeks earlier. THEY ARE A SCAM AND NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

will not give me back my money
I call them when I husband lost his job to some illegal mexicans, and witht his we also lost out medical insurance, I am on SSD and will not get my medical card till 2010 of may, so my SOS worker said to go to free meds.com and I did well I got the wrong one and paid them 80 dollers 50 to join and 30 each month for my one med i need, the day i got the packit my sos worker called and said I did the wrong one I should not be paying more then 10 one time fee, so I call SCBN and cancled my account and hand righting letter like they asked me to, then I got a letter back and a lot to fill out mean wile they cancled my account but did not give me back my money, then I sent in the paper work and again asking for my miney, I called a couple of times they got my paper work over a month ago and I still did not hear any thing, so to day I get a med card as if I am a member, first off I can not use it because of 2 things I dont have any money and the card is not working because i am not a member!!! the other place I went to from my sos working is sending me my meds to the house and I only had to pay 10$ for one time fee, but because of SCBN I am out 80$ and no way to get it back and they send me useless cards I am waiting to see if they send me the fee of 30 each month, any one can get them free as my sos worker showed me with out sbcn heklp go right to the maker of the medicans them self and they send you paper work to see if you can get them free or a very low cost but you can not have medical insurance to apply,
mean wile i am still waiting and getting mail form them but when I call them they say I do not have a account with them it is closed and again no money sent back to me I only get 757.00 a month and cannot afford them or the meds they have you pay for be ware if you think of joining them you can get them free wrkj with yoru doc and the medication maker them self
