An objective point of view
Unfortunately, it seems there’s a lot of negativity and false information circulating the internet regarding Scentura, and I think it’s based mostly on people’s misunderstanding of the Scentura Opportunity. I thought I’d post something brief that would help make things clear.
First of all, Scentura Creations is a manufacturer and supplier of rendition fragrances. They distribute their product line to Independent Wholesale Business owners throughout the U.S. They’re unique in that they provide merchandise without any capital outlay to these Independent Wholesale Distributors, meaning they don’t pay Scentura until after they’ve sold the merchandise. This is key because it removes a huge barrier of entry into business… Inventory costs.
Second, the sales model used by most independent businesses that sell Scentura’s products is that of Direct Selling. It’s a business to business, face-to-face sales strategy that has worked for over 35 years. It’s not glamorous, and it’s probably not for everyone, but it just works.
Last, and most importantly, Scentura doesn't ask you to invest any money, it's not a franchise, it's not a pyramid or multi-level marketing business, there's nothing to purchase, there are no sign-up fees. The only thing required from you is your time and hard work, and you’ll get a chance to run your own business. How many companies out there are willing to offer that?
It probably sounds too good to be true, but it makes sense when you understand Scentura's incentive: It's a Win-Win scenario for everyone. You get a chance to own your own business, and Scentura gains a new customer, which means more volume. If Scentura only dealt with individuals who had hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest, they'd be waiting a long time,
especially in this economy. So they're willing to take all the financial risk.
Again, this is not for everyone, but the opportunity is definitely real, and many owners have gone on to make six-figure incomes running their own businesses that sell Scentura's products.

Overstepping Bounds
Where do I even start? It has been two years since I have worked for these con artists, however I feel as if I should still say a complaint anyway. I worked for this company for 7 weeks, believing that their ridiculous lies of getting my own office and making six figures a year would be true. Then one day I started noticing the big red flag. I was supposed to go on one of their business trips called "Satelite" to El Paso Texas, where you do the same thing, sell knock off perfumes out of your car in gas station and Wal-Mart parking lots. I was not about to take my car to Texas, so I left it home. Their mascot Mas pulled me out of the meeting room and into the hall and asked me where my car was. I told him that my family would not let me take it to Texas. He asked me to call and beg my family to let me take it because the company needed it. I thought that was totally overstepping his bounds. It was none of his business why my family didn't want me taking it and for him to ask me to go against family wishes was bs. Later on I thought to myself that if that was a legitimate company nobody would be taking their own vehicle on a business trip. The company would furbish the vehicles with the name of the company of it. Later on I saw more and more red flags of a scam. I just laugh that they could not make it in Vegas so it looks as if they had to transfer to Florida. Anybody who comes across Hester hernandez, her partner /real life lover Damon( AKA BOSS D) Mos, Antoinette, Chantel, etc. stay away. All they are is a bunch of low live's that can not get a real career, so they have to be perfume peddlers. Do not let them do that to you. Get a real job. A job that is run by some true professionals.

Scam
Well scentura creations is a distribution company in Atl, Ga which wholesales fake perfume/cologne to companies I worked for the company in New Orleans off of clearview owned by Alexis, Pat, Jenn and A previous owner Nick. They don't explain to u why your their in the beginning until Monday they have something call FFAAR EXERCISE YOU go home to sell cologne/perfume to your family and friends and on Tuesday u come back to be trained they will call it your O day aka O *** day .. then your training will consist of u going in the streets :gas station's, walmart parking lot, etc...going up to people sayin hey may I ask u a question what kinda cologne do u where ? basically we where perfume pimps selling fake cologne out of our the truck of our car thats what a 8hrs shift consists of (with-in that day u might get put out of agas station or they may call the cops and some cases go to jail for solicitation on private property ) They brain wash u of course thinking this is the only way to own your own business I didnt understand how u can be with a company for 2 years plus and not even have a car owners where living together and car pooling. They make u drive you car around with strangers that u just met and when it breaks down they dont repair any of it.you sell the cologne in the street for $25 the $20 goes to them and you keep the 5 so u will make the 5 or however my you sell the bottle for the bottles are all shape the same clear glass black top. Scam
They posted a job on craigslist.org which stated that they were looking for 18 to 25 people to fill two positions, manager and administrative assistant. I went in for an interview and was asked to complete a second interview then and there, I was really excited because during my interiew, Damon made the companysound great. He made promises of a 40k yearly salary, running my own office and working for a great company where there was endless possibilites. Training they said was supposed to be from 6 to 8 weeks, but we could speed up the training and finish it in about 2-4 weeks. Training was NOT paid and they made is seem that training was going to be in a classroom setting where we would be learning about the product and learning how to run our own office for when we were placed into it. On my third day of training, I was placed in one of six cars with three other girls and was driven to a gas station and Wal-mart parking lot where we were supposed to sell the perfume. This is also known as SOLICITING! We weren't getting paid to do this and there was also a quota that we were supposed to meet. the first day it was two bottles and it would go up from there.
These people feed you false hopes and dreams and make you think you are getting into something that will change your lfe, when in reality your running this risk of falling behind on all your bills and getting sent to jail for soliciting.

Scam
This company is a recruiting office for Scentura Creations sales people. I made it to the first and second interview because the company seemed to be legitimate, and I was really desperate for a job. After the first day of training, I began to question the company and the product that it sells, the people that it employs, and the methods that are used to market the "product". The company has no awards except the onces that are "in-house", (i.e.: "21-club, 100-club, ect.), and they seemed to be EXTREMELY unprofessional in daily operations. (i.e.: loud music blaring in the office, using the term "Who's your bitch?" as a closing to a phone call and the amount of "banter" during such phone calls, the manner in which the vast majority of the employees present themselves, wearing cut-off shirts, revealing clothing, suggestive clothing, items along those lines. The thing that stuck out to me was the fact that I had to use my own personal transportation to sell someone elses product with no reembursment for fuel costs, toll booth costs, ect. I was told that I was going to be making around $2-300 dollars a week, but that turned out to be a lie. The first week, I spent roughly $40 in fuel costs, sold 7 bottles of the product, and only made $10 dollars profit. The simple fact that the "manager" of the office literally threatened me that if I took off with his product, a legal nightmare would ensue was another red flag to me. I spent 4 days dodging cops and security guards and avoiding being arrested and cited for solicitation just to earn nothing and come back the next day and do it again. I feel horrible about the the fact that this scam is so well "sugar-coated" and rehursed the most people have no idea what's going on. The simple fact that I was not employed "on the books" could leave me open the horrible legal repercussions in the event that I got arrested for selling this garbage was enough for me to not want to "work" for this "business" anymore. For example, If I was areested for soliciting without a permit, the "company" could destroy any record of the "product" that I have on consignment, tell them it was stolen, and since there is no record of me being employed with the company, they would not even be obligated to help me. And after further internet research, calling this a scam in inevitable. Someone needs to shut these people down. For good.

Scam and cheating
Again, they hurry you through the interview process, make you take notes regarding the company and training. Never do they give you any training procedures that a normal company would.
First day of orientation, they promise you will get paid for training, even though it would be minimum wage, and in cash. Not true, the only money you get is your commission from selling the 'perfume' while they sit in the office making lots of money for your efforts.
I thought it wa going to be different, although they say it is not a pyramid, it is, though they do it in such a way that legally they can't be taken down.

Stay away from them
I had a bad feeling from the start about this company, but I ended up going to the 1st and 2nd interview just because I was desperate for a job. they make it seem like its a dream job- you get to have your own office, hire people, etc. and that we would be making tons of money (during training too).
So I go to the orientation and then the day after that- and everybody is heading out to sale sale sale. I thought ok-- maybe we're going to some special sight just for this one day to try and sell the products. But we ended up going business to business. My 2nd day of selling- a police office actually gave me a ticket for soliciting. I go back to the office and they said- oh, we'll take care of it, and then they crumbled it up and threw the ticket away.
It seemed like I was one of the few people that worked there who actually drove, because I was the one who always had to drive around to each business place. And because I’m too nice for my own good, I also bought lunch for one of the people too, since they had no money.
it wasn’t until the third day of selling that I looked up the company's name online and found ALL these things about how it is a huge scam and blah blah blah. That very next day- I went to the office and confronted them about the articles I read.
One of the managers told me that they saw those articles too when they first started-- and how I shouldn't listen to people that make less money than me...
seriously? Did he seriously just say that?
Let’s just say I quit that day.
A few weeks later, I realized that my court date for the soliciting ticket was in a couple days, so I called up the office and asked if they took care of the ticket yet... and they said not yet. And that they were going to send a letter out at the end of the week. They told me that they would take care of that ticket right away and then maybe 3 weeks later- and they still didn't do anything about it.
I plan on going to court tomorrow and telling them about how big of a scam the company really is and end this once and for all.

Terrible company!
I am going through a lawsuit right now with Extreme Northeat a company of scentura creations. And the Cherry Hill Police cant do anything to shut the company down. This is because these companies don't have to be registered with the towns or cities they're located in. Why I have no idea. But I do believe they have to be registered with the better business bureau. And of course they don't pay taxes. I wasn't handed a W2 or whatever the tax form is for sales people. Usually with all the other ACTUAL jobs Ive had... the day of orientation I was handed all these forms to fill out.
Whats even more amazing is that the police aren't really trying to do anything to lock up the jerk who threw me into a wall.
