Had charges to my checking account for items that I did not order. I called the numbers and was able to speak to a Hazel who gave me her desk number and her supervisors name. Asked me to return the items, just marked "return to sender" Its been about 2 weeks, they have returned my money. I'm still trying to figure out how all this happened.
