I had bought a bike from your company 5 mo. ago.
The shocks came right apart from the bike itself from just
regular street riding.I fell hard to the ground.I took the bike back
to Preston Crossing branch and talked to the manager [Adam]about the situation and he had told me "there was nothing that he could do sorry".I use this bike to get to and from work.I have no other mode of transportation.I am quite disappointed with that type of customer service.Me and my family spend thousands
of dollars a year at your company.After this, me nor my family will spend any money at your stores again.
