I ordered a dry ice maker on June 4th for $475. In July we hadn't received the item. The charge appeared on my AMEX statement so I called ScienceLabs.com and was told the item wouldn't be shipped till August. The website should have indicated a delivery delay or sent me an explanation for non-delivery. ScienceLabs did neither. On August 4th I inquired a second time about delivery. My call was not returned. On September 3rd I called a third time and their voice mail box was full and I couldn't leave a message.
I will attempt to contact them one last time via email and if unsuccessful, call AMEX and ask for a credit.
