my earbag sighn (light) was on.
So i ask to check the problem.Service advisor 196Maynor Beato was assuere me that its going to take 30 min to diagnose the car thru computer.Its will cost me $60.00.And if anything wrong, they will contact me . I was all this time there waiting . In a 40 min, I saw mecanic puled in in my car.He was very friendly explain me that was nothing wrong with my earbags, that my car in a very good shape., he just reset the light.
half an hr later i recieved a phone call to pick up my car.
When i came to pay my bill, it was$120.00.
When i question the amount mr.Maynor told me that it took over than an hour to work on my car (not tru).
When i ask the managerRoger Wisnewski to help me, i got very agressive respond.
He was in very humliating matter thru me out from his office, horrasen if im not happy with charges to demige my car.
I left toyta dealer in shock.Affraid if they did some demige to my car at the time i pay my bill .Im a localSmall business owner, member of local Chember of Comerse.And i want to be sure that telling them this story, will protect my costumers and friends from this horreble expierence.
