I put an order througnh for cell phones on www.sciphone-hk.com after reading much information on its website about its comittment to customer service and providing high quality products. To make a long story short. The company has engaged in a lot of troublesome actions in the shortime that I have been dealing with it. It confirmed my order after receiving payment. It sent me a message that my order had been shipped. Days later I checked the delivery confirmation number on the delivery company's website and the number was not legitimate. In addition, there was no record of my transaction on www.sciphone-hk.com's online customer account system, even though I had used my www.sciphone-hk.com account to purchase the products on it's website. I attempted to enter the order number that www.sciphone-hk.com had written on the sales receipt it had emailed to me using a section of its website input your order number and check on your order, but, that number was also not recognized by www.sciphone-hk.com's own online systems.

Now www.sciphone-hk.com is giving me the run-around and I am working with my credit card company to make sure they don't defraud me or cheat me out of my hard earned money. I have never had such programs and issues with distributors/wholesalers/retailers that provide blackberry, nokia, or any other brands or cell phone products.

My recommedation is don't use www.sciphone-hk.com. Like you, I looked throughout the internet for recommendations for which compananies were reliable for supplying various brands of cell phones and other telecommunications equipment. I read a lot of comments and stayed away from a lot of shady chineses companys. Obviously, I did not do my homework enought with www.sciphone-hk.com. There were no comments about www.sciphone-hk.com so I presumed it really did care about its reputation and was reputable.

I chose to share my experience because only us customers can help "regulate" the market by sharing our positive and negative experiences with other customers, helping to save our hard earned dollars from frauders and companies that don't stay true to their products or customers. Now at least there is someone about www.sciphone-hk.com that customers can read when deciding whether or not to do business with the company. I never do business with it again and the majority of company's that cell phone products from china. There is always something wrong with the products, or the company you bought the product from does not want to honor it's own warantee, or they just basically defraud you. I understand that there most be worthy cell phone sales companies to do legitimate business with in China. But, based on my experience, www.sciphone-hk.com is not one of them.
