This company is a complete rip off and fraud. They advertise they carry parts, and when I called to order a part Tony said they have to have a picture of the part so they know what it looks like, because they do not have a parts list for their go karts, and they do not carry most parts, they have to order them. I called back a second time and talked to Patrick, he wanted a picture of the go kart, so here could make sure the company did not ship me the wrong one. When I told Tony not to worry about the warranty I will pay for the part just order it; he said he could not order it without a picture because they do not have parts list for the parts they say they have. Keep in mind this go kart is 2 weeks old. This company is a joke. If you buy from them you will get a product that you cannot get parts for to fix.

This business allowed a 12 year old child(our son) to purchase a go cart with our credit card.He used his name on the invoice which is not the name on the credit card and his cell phone number. The delivery driver called him at school and he left school and came home and signed for delivery of the go cart. There was no adult home at the time of delivery. We informed them on the day of delivery that we had not authorized this purchase and that it needed to be returned. Our son has Asperger's and does not always make good decisions.The go cart has been sitting in our driveway for 3 months and they won't accept it back with out us paying the freight and a 30% restock fee. What a shady business practice not to mention illegal.
