You guys are not alone in your disappointment. I also bought a Brand new Scorpio VLX AT and regret my choice. The worst is that when you state a problem with the vehicle the technicians make you feel that they are doing you a favour by listening to you and care very little for your time and money. They are all playing around their work place and drinking tea and playing with their cell phones, or worse chatting and distracting the few ones who are working.
The work culture and the work quality is pathetic to say the least. The Co-Techs who are supposed to be the experts have no idea of how a customer feels when he has to come to the workshop every second day, for the same complaint, after spending some serious money to get a new SUV. The Sales Staff are very good, but the after sales staff and the Tech manpower are the pits. And this in MUMBAI.
How sad and really very sad.
