I needed help with my Wordpress blog, and I put an ad on Craigslist. After getting an email reply, I met with this guy Scott Hawkins in a Cafe, he convinced me that he could do the work I needed done quickly. I payed him $300 in a check.
He doesn't answer his phone. A week later he spent about 5 minutes messing up my blog and then he sent me an email saying he did some work. The email was obviously meant to confuse me. He hadn't actually done anything I asked him to. He didn't respond to my emails after that.
Then I found this site and realized I'd been robbed.
