Scott Lowery & Associates have been sending letter claiming that I owe $4, 000 on a travel cruise (Marathon Cruises) that I never purchased or took. This law firm has been unwilling to provide me with information and.or background on the account. They claim that I have paid $88 - on the account, which I have not and I did not answer to their dispute letter within 30 days. I don't remember receiving the dispute letter,
