After complaining about my order, which was placed january 6th, my credit card was changed on the 6th and my order was not shipped for nearly 3 weeks, i was offered a 10% refund if i was willing to keep the merchandise. i had asked for a lable to ship the items back at their expense. i was told no and that thye make no guarantees as to when they will ship or when consumers will receive orders. however they clearly do give a 3-5 day window as well as a longer window for special items or items not instock, so they do have a "policy". this company is clearly not conducting business with the consumers satisfaction in mind. i wrote the following email to them... after doing a little research i see that your business receives alot of negative feedback on the consumer websites... and that you end up having many people open disputes with there credit cards for late orders and orders never received and the wrong items shipped... i would thing after the negative experiences that your customers have had that you would be more willing to work with the customers... offering a 10% refund to keep the order is a slap in the face when you charge a 15% restocking fee... is that really the best you can do? from what i've read it is my understanding that the credit card should not even be charged until the items ship... however my card was charged on january 6th and the items weren't even shipped until the 22nd of the month... the manner in which you conduct your business is very shady... taking that into consideration, i will not be returning the items as i imagine i will be told they were never returned and i will be expecting atleast 10% to be refunded to my credit card within the next few days, if not i will open a dispute with my credit card and you can deal with them as well as this being posted along with the others on several consumer web-sites...
