we had our sofa delivered on the 15/1/2001 as agreed.
it came with the wrong colour scatter cushions and we reported this to them the following day and was promised by a lovely girl that we would have our cushin covers replaced within 3 weeks! we called after 3 weeks and still nothing! they said it would be no longer than 18/2/2011 and now its the 22nd and we've neither had our cushions replaced or heard from SCS to explain the delay! Im DISGUSTED with such a big company advertising great customer service and great after care packages however it seems once they have your money they are not interested! still battling on now and i will be going into the store to make a very public scene until this is sorted... maybe it may deter people from buying from them!
