I feel so stupid ! Here all these negative comments are on this site and I never checked anything out before calling in for this .99 trial offer. Obviously this company is a scam company. They operate under so many different names such as SCS Health Products, Dermahealth or Rezberry - WHO ARE THEY REALLY? I too never received any product from the .99 trial offer to the bottles of product they said they shipped since "I DID NOT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT" even after my account was closed they continued to ship product out and now they tell me that in order to get a credit on my account I have to return the bottles of product THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. Even thought the tracking numbers state the product was never received at the address they said they shipped to. This is all a scam - DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER COMPANY THAT DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH... That itself was a sign I should have hung up when I heard non english speaking operators. I think they only have a script in front of them to read offand they give them fake english names too. Finally, I sent all my documentation to my credit card company and also told them about all the complaints on this company and asked that they dispute this claim for me. No product was ever received.

ORDERED MAX ACAI BOOST. SAID I WOULD RECIEVE IN 4 DAYS, TOOK 9 DAYS TOTAL. I HAD 19 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE FOR THE FREE TRIAL. ON THE 19TH DAY, THEY CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE FULL PRICE. WHEN I CALLED HE TOLD ME THE TRIAL PERIOD ENDED IN THE MORNING, NOT AT THE END OF THE END OF THE 19TH DAY!!! IT WAS A JOKE. I GOT THE RETURN NUMBER AND I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND. DON'T THINK YOU GET ALL 19 DAYS. CALL ON THE 18TH.
