This company is the scum of the earth. My dealings with them have been nothing but lies. As part of their scam, they send you the initial product you order but continue to bill your account each month thereafter without you knowing. After about 3 months, I contacted the company and asked them to explain the charges on my credit card, which they said they shipped me more products each month and therefore charged me, however, I NEVER received ANYTHING. At that time, they told me they had one more shipment going out to me and it should arrive within a few days. I told them I never ordered it and I better be reimbursed. I asked them what I should do with the package (if I actually did receive one!) in order to get reimbursed. The man told me all I had to do was send it back and I'd get my money back. However, he could not reimburse me for the other charges because, basically, it was my word against theirs that I never got any products. Sooo, a few days later after receiving the final package, I took it to the post office and shipped it back to them hoping this was all over. Now, over a month later with no reimbursement, I just called them back. The woman told me that they would not reimburse me because I was required to include a reimbursement code with the package in order to get my money back. The man I spoke with the previous time NEVER mentioned this and did not give me a code. Now, I'm forced to pay for THEIR mistake. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Don't fall for their Scam!!
