Acai Berry pills
I am being charged $79.62 because the mail was very slow in delivering the product and I was 2 days late (from the 17 days from their shipping date) in calling to cancel. This left me only about 7 days to try the product and determine that it wasn't working for me. I called and was told my account was canceled, but was not told that since I was 2 days late, that I would have to send the product back for a refund (within 30 days of their ship date). I was just told it was cancelled. So now I'm charged $79.62 and it's too late to send it back. How do these people sleep at night?

mis-representation
Youth Health services sells for SCS Health Products. They mis-represent themselves by offering "free trials" and billing your credit card without authorization. Furthermore, your "free trial" begins on the day you order it, not the day you receive it. So when you dispute the charges, they will advise you that your "free trial" began on the day you placed your order, and that you had 30 days to cancel, beginning on the day of the initial call. They charge your credit card for a full 30-day supply (that you did not order) of their product about 2 weeks from the day you order your "free trial supply". They also aren't able to provide you with any account information except for a cancellation number, so you have no documentation to provide your credit card company. They must not feel too good about their product to have to trick you into trying it so they can steal from you!

Credit card charge without authorization
Some time in Dec. 2009 I recieved a bottle of pills in the mail. I figured it was some unsolicited crap and threw it out. On 1/7/09 I found a $79.00 charge on my debit card. My bank gave me the above number which I called and discovered the name of the company. The operator determined that there was an account under my name and address and that I had "ordered" a some kind of weight loss product. I am not overweight, have no health issues and do not take ANY medicine or healh product WHATSOEVER (except Jack Daniels). Being in the computer industry I do not fill out "surveys" or open any unsolicited emails. I don't know how this company got my personal and debit card information. They closed my account but would not refund my money.

Scam
I am positively heartsick about being victimized by this company. I plan on contacting the Florida Consumer Protection Agency.

can't believe I fell for this

false advertising
This company uses trickery to sell their products, they have severaa products that are offered thru different ads, on line they offer them for free for completing a survey, I don't usually fall for this kind of thing, but I didn't pay attention, there isn't any small print to read, and it wasn't on their web site.

registered me for an account
This company will send you an advertisement for a free product where all you have to pay for is the shipping. What you don't see is that in very tiny print (mine was not even big enough to read), you are signing yourself up for a lifetime lease of paying $79.00 a month deducted from your credit card. However, the statement of that you only have to pay shipping is so huge, and the fact that you'll never pay anything else...ever. Wow..doesn't that sound great? I called the company for a refund stating that they were crooks. They laughed and told me there's not a thing I can do. Don't fall for the Acai berry scam through SCS Health products. The same product can be purchased from Rite Aid for a few bucks.

scam
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had read others comments before ordering this junk. They ahave several differenet phone#'s to contact them by: 866-967-4917, 206-219-5808, 877-234-8488. I have asked for supervisors myself and were given the names of Justin and Elona. I supposedly spoke to Elona but who kows if i really did. She sounded nice and said to return the bottles for a full refund. Once i had the tracking numbers to fax them to her at 954-927-9978 and she would immediately issue a refund to my credit card. Gues what? I did my part two weeks ago and have yet to see a credit on my credit card for the two returned bottles that I was charged. MY SUGGESTION IS THIS: if you paid via credit card, DISPUTE ALL CHARGES.. Shipping and all. Make sure you fax/mail the credit card company backup documentation. ie; day & times you called them, someones name and what they said/promised. In my documentation to my credit card company, I said they could either help put this scandulous comany out of business by reversing my charges on SCS or they can be part of the problem and not reverse them. I was also told they would pull my phone converasation asking them to cancel my order. That was a month ago and repeated attempts have gone unanswered. I think you get the picture about this company. Thay are INDEED A SCAM!

Money from my Checking account
I went through an AARP link for the Acai Berry product. The link did not work so I went back to another one which worked. I ordered from the company in Arizona. I checked my bank account a few days later and found 7 different charges from all different names. I started to call them and found our 5 of them were the same company in Arizona. They apologized for the charges and refunded them. I received their product the next day. I called the other 2 charges and was connected a a Florida company with India speaking customer service. I told them I did not authorize the charges and had not received a product from them. I did not want their product. I wanted my money returned to my account. They told me they would do that but never did. I just checked my checking account and they withdrew 2 amounts of $79.62. I just spent an hour and 30 minutes on the phone with operator A-172, Leah Harris. Very India voice. She kept repeating the same sentence over. I did not follow the proper return policy so I would not get my $160.00 back. I asked for a supervisor and she said they would tell me the same thing. I finally got her to transfer me to a supervisor after a long repeating sentence by her. I spoke to Jack, operator #S-09. He told me I did not read their policy and I would not be refunded any money. I want to warn anyone that is ordering Acai Berry Detox or Colon Cleanse from Hollywood, Florida company SCS health products to not do it. They are a scam company and do not care about the customer. I am going to file more complaints to get my money back. I'm unemployed and cannot afford that kind of scam.

SCAM Company
Stay away from this company. I have been billed for two bottles at over $80 apiece. I asked who they delivered them to and they gave me my address. I told them we never received them. She gave me tracking numbers. I said it is THEIR job to track and file a claim with THEIR shipping company, not mine. I have spoken to 4 reps and they gave me two managers names, Alona and jason, but refuse to send me to their voicemail or transfer me. Maybe someone has the time to start a class-action suit against this company.

delivery of products
In Feb of 2009 ordered acai pills. Two monthes later canceled the contract and was given a confirmation number. Product arrived and I paid for 2 more monthes of a product that did not work for me(and I did not use), and I had cancelled. Product stopped arriving, thought great. Around this time my father was diagnosed with cancer, and we were making 3 hour trips to doctors, radiation and chemo...last thing on the mind was checking account. I did not watch my checking account like I should have and SCS health products was deductiing for their product that they were not even sending! When I realized what was happening I canceled the debit card so no more deductions could be made. Guess what? In 2 days I received 3 monthes of their product! After talking to a Christine Gibson who is a supervisor with scs health products I was told to ship them back with the authorization number (not the terminology she used) printed on each package, and call "866 949 0138" with a tracking number. Went to the post office (who has documentation of when the last 3 packages arrived), paid over $12. to return product with a tracking number. Called the number Ms Gibson had told me to call to give the tracking number to. They had no idea of what I was talking about. Asked them to just document that the tracking number was given to them. Now lets see what happens.
