I too have been scammed by this company with many of the same details as listed in other posts. I spoke with A-137 and then to superisor Kurt Seasbain S-16 today with the same results. I did receive RMA numbers which I will use to return the initial unopened "trial" shipment but I have already been charged again with no additional shipments. They told me I could not return the "trail' shipment because I was out of the 30 day return/refund time window. The product was shipped on 9/8 and today is 10/10 which I understand is over 30 days but as many DID NOT KNOW I was even being charged for the 'trial' product until going to my credit card account to make my monthly payment. I have now been charged in 5 separate transaction under 4 different names & phone numbers. Again, the same info as I've seen posted. If there is any class-action suit or particular federal/state agency we all should contact for help, please let me know. [email protected] To date I have been charged #323.75 in fradulent charges. This company HAS to be stopped.

I sent for the free trial and cancelled before the 14th day. I've been charged over $300.00. These guys are merciless and charged for foreign transaction fees. It's unbelievable what they're getting away with.

Beware of an Online "Free Trial" entrapment scam for Resveratrol that will end up costing you $79.95 a month charges plus foreign transaction fees, even if you think you've cancelled over the phone. Any efforts to get this corrected get you a runaround over outsourced phone calls. Makes you wonder whether the product itself is not just a placebo or worse. It's companies like SCS Health Products that ruin it for any legitimate operation soliciting your business online.

In June I made an online order for a diet product. I never received the products however, the above company took money from my checking account. This was explained to the company and they will not reimburse my funds. I would like for all of my money refunded to me. thanks
