before two months i activate a new airtell number for gprs from car plus ghanta ghar in ghaziabad. i talk to miss megha. she says to me that at first time u deposit 500 rs for connection. and one advance rentail is added in your first bill which is adjust in your second bill.but it will not be adjust. today when i deposit my bill and i talk to her. she says to me it will not be adjust in your bill, its is your security. when you deactivated your number it will return to you.

when i says to her that you says to me, it will be adjust in your second bill. she says that ypu are not listen carefully. its your fault. she talk me in a rudness manner.

sir/ madam if a FSD behave like that so...
i says to her that give me main airtell office number. she says no number . just talk to 121 only.
