Took out Health Care Insurance with this company and they have withdrawn the monthly premium out of my checking account. My wife developed lung cancer. We used the health cards provided by the company to go to the doctors, hospitals, and lab test. They have refused all payments and refuse to speak to me any more about the insurance but still take the preminium out of my checking account. Can get on one form the company to give me any information. Have talked with the vice president of the company Rick, the claims adjuster Ashley and there is a female supervisor who refuses to give her name. Have responded to doctors offices and hospital and contacted them by phone and all patient documents and bills faxed. They still refuse to pay any bills. We have also been cut off from medication that my wife needs due to them not paying.
