I was rushing through Arden when a saleswoman grabbed me and quickly started rubbing sample stuff on my hands. I never stop for the kiosks but this woman was aggressive. She kept promising these fantastic deals. Buy 2 get on free, I'll give a free $50 gift card, buy one get one free. . . . As she was ringing up my purchases I noticed that there were no prices on the receipt. I asked about it and was told that that was how their computer worked, but that everything was right. By then I was late for my dinner date so I rushed away. When I got home, I added up what she had told me and she had overcharged me at least $100. Then later when I unpacked the bag, I saw that two items had been opened and had been used before. I've tried contacting the company directly and have gotten no response. Stay away from this company!!! I've since read on the internet that my experience is not at all uncommon!
