We joined Direct Buy under the same duress that many people have experienced. The sales pitch was good...but not really true. My husband and I are usually very astute and cautious, but the claims seemed to be pheasble(our sales guy was a Pastor). At any rate, I ordered a bedroom set and mattress/box spring. I asked for the associates' advice and return and box spring depth and bought a standard box spring. I puts the matress about 4.5 ft off the floor...no big deal. I thought I could pay the restocking fee and return it. No such luck...I have a brand new fully wrapped box spring sitting in my garage. The company will not take it back.

Also: I priced window blinds from Levelour. The the secret manufacturer's book at Direct Buy had inflated prices that worked out to just about 15% more costly than the ones at Home Depot...sam book, same model, same wood slats. I feel ripped off and I want my money back. Thanks for listening.
