Bought this Sealy Posterpedic Organic Cotton Queen Mattress on August 2009 at Sears for 50% off and still paid over $1000 with taxes and delivery. Was enticed by the financing and the fact that it seemed we were getting a great deal at 50% off... well it's been a little over one year and this mattress is miserable, it seems that it just started sagging from one day to the next and now it's unbearable, two large dips on each side of the bed with a high ridge in the middle of it. We are not large, heavy people. Needless to say, I have been getting the run around from SEARS who basically allege that the dips are within normal range and there fore we do not qualify for a replacement. I regret throwing out our old mattress we had for over10 years but had to after the kids soiled it, otherwise it was a great sleeper and it cost less than $150 in a small furniture store in Highland Park in Los Angeles! I'm disappointed with Sears and will not buy another item from them again. It's not a store that stands behind customer service and satisfaction like it used to be when I was a kid.
