I brought my car into the Valencia auto repair center on 11/02 to have the antifreeze checked since I was having trouble starting it in the mornings. At that time my husband was told that we had to bring the car back because the hose that they use was not working properly. We brought the car back a few hours later and the gentleman that took our keys new why we were back. I gave him my cell number and told him we would be in the mall walking around and to call me when they find out what was wrong. After 3 hours we went back and at that time found out that the car had not been touched. I inquired as to why they had not done nothing and they told me that they do not work on overheated cars, its a liability. Forgive me but if the car had overheated, after 3 hours of sitting there I( a nurse, not a mechanic) would think that it would be cool by then! I needed to find out why the radiator would not hold the antifreeze that I was putting in there! They refused to touch the car, even after it had cooled done. Are these people that work for you doctors or mechanics. Also I found it very unprofessional not call me to let me know that they would not touch it. I know you are a big company and you will read this and do absolutely nothing, but maybe if enough people complain it will get around how incompetent your so called mechanics are! There was another person complaining to the manager that work he was charged for was not done!!! Maybe the better business bureau can tell me why!!! Carol Etrio
