Sumantra Roy and his websites are live and accepting orders, but they are not fulfilling them! Their contact link on www.1stSearchRanking.com is broken, and on their other site www.LinkExplore.com, they do not respond to. Supposedly they have an office in Chicago, but there's also an office indicated in India - good luck with that.

I found these sites looking for away to enhance the presence of my websites. So, I paid the $500 for these companies to enhance key words, do some linking and get my sites to move up in their rankings. They processed my money very efficiently, but they said it could take up to 48 hours before they would contact me.

Having been ripped off before, I figured I'd pay using PayPal, which would give me a level of security. After 72 hours, I tried several times to get hold of the company. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint there.

First off, it took PayPal like 2 weeks to do their 'investigation.' And I must say, I'm disappointed with them, as they didn't contact me when they said they would. I had to contact them.

Well, wasn't I surprised when they simply said, so sorry, we don't cover anything virtual. Well, OK - my fault - I didn't read PayPal's fine print. But it took them 2 weeks to report back to me, when the report I filed made it clear it was a virtual product.

So, back to square one. My only saving grace was that 1stSearchRanking uses another company to process their payments - 2Checkout.com.

I fired off an e-mail to their customer support letting them know I planned to escalate this by filling a complaint with both the FTC and the Attorney Generals Office. They very quickly, returned my money.

But, never have I ever heard back from Sumantra Roy or his companies. I have to assume, that since his sites are still up, and he's willingly taking people hard earned cash, that he is intentionally acting fraudulently, with no intent to provide the services he his marketing.

Not only did I not receive the service I had hoped to receive, but I lost 3 weeks of marketing time for my site.

So, stay away from Sumantra Roy and his companies, unless of course, you like to give money away.
