I too was charged 69.95 to my credit card. I finally found a number to call & talk to a live person. (It is 888-210-2544) I was told that when I ordered the CD that I agreed to join the club for 69.95/month chraged to my credit card. I saw nothing stating that anywhere! I was able to cancel the account.

We have a charge for 69.95 from Search4Grants that showed up in our account. We got the cotact number, but everytime you call, l it says "all circuits are busy". We have been trying to contact them to get this refunded, but I wholeheartedly belive that we wil never see that money again. This occrured with two other charges that we did not authorize for $30 each, one called CLUBNV and another for IWBCLUB. We did get through and get the money refunded from the CLUBNV. The other one we have to send in some paperwork in to try to get that back because it has been longer than 30 days. These appeared on my wifes card and we have no idea where they go our informatiuon from, as we have never heard of any of these companies before. Someone compromised our information. Please be careful out there. We are about as careful and anyone could be and it still happened. I'm a comptuer tech, and have taught my wife how to susppect all the different frauds and gimmicks that they use, but it still happened. I will pursue criminal charges against them if at all possible. Our baml tells us we should change all of our accounts to prevent this. We were very careful before, whats to stop it from happening again after we change everything?

I cancelled my membership with this company during my trial period but they have taken $69.95 out of my checking for the last two months. even though I spoke to them twice to have it cancelled. They have also assured me that the money would be returned to my account within 14 days but I still do not have it. Due to recent water damage in my home I have lost the papers that I had their phone numbers written on if anyone has them please contact me @ [email protected]. Any help would be appreciated.

I responded to a internet ad for government grant information. The cost was $1.99. I never recieved the CD describing grants and they have continued to debt my bank acct. Most recently for 69.95. Their phone number has a recorded message which states at any time of day or night that all cirucits are busy.

I viewed the site, they offered a FREE cd on how to apply and search for grants. Next thing I know there is a $69.95 charge withdrawn from my account. I had told them to cancel my trial. The lady I spoke to said she was doing that as I was talking to her. I NEED my money back NOW!!!
