I had to ask for service on my tractor and it took 2 weeks to get an appointment, which the girl that made the appointment forgot to write it down and the service didn't show up. I then called the services man and was told he had no time available for me. Then i called customer service and they set me up another appointment which was another 2+weeks. By this time my grass is asshole deep. And that is not the service agreement that cost me all that money. I personally think i have been ripped off. I know im thoroughly pissed off at anything with Sears name on it. What in the hell has happened to your company, have you lost all responsitivy to your customers? You have the worst service i have ever seen. (Do you think I will ever buy from Sears again?)
